“I had Verizon for 21 years and considered a switch to T-Mobile. Asaf worked w/ me to learn service options and helped find a least costly plan to meet my needs. While I was also going to visit Verizon to discuss lower costs, I decided not needed. Went w/ Asaf on plan and a new iPhone/iPad. Even switched (unplanned) from a Fitbit to an Apple Watch! Asaf knew his stuff—on products, plans, and financial options that best met my needs. AND was patient/kind as this senior gal asked tons of Qs! ? Icing on the cake—he set up all my new “toys” and gave me a tutorial on each new toy. Along the way, Nick and Brad also helped with the same excellent capability and patience! A super team! For those who hate buying both cars and tech stuff, can’t do better than T-Mobile Glenmont.”
“Harry was wonderful at Metrco PCS on Central Ave in Albany. I needed to get a new phone. He transferred all of my info over and arranged all my icons like I previously had. It was seamless, plus he is such a nice guy!”
“I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and have never regretted it. I dropped by here yesterday to get a new sim card. I was helped by a wonderful young man, Marco. He knew his business, was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike some places I've been, he made me feel welcome while he replaced my sim card and checked to make sure it worked. Anytime I need help in the future, I'm coming here!”
“Fabolous time today at the store with the manager Malaina! Went in to pay my monthly payment and add a line for one of my kids, ended up getting 2 great for their age cell phones for my kids, cases and all and still saved $180! Just an all around great experience even with my kids driving me crazy. Seriously if you need to save (and who doesn't) go see Malaina ASAP”

Turns out the only mistake I made was not coming in to see Christian and his people in the first place. They treat you really well, and work very hard to make things right. “I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.”
“Very helpful, friendly and FAST. I had a few contacts with the owner, AJ, over the phone and in person. He kept me updated on a new phone coming in and then helped me switch to Metro so fast and did it all with my old carrier. Super convenient!!”
“I stop in here when I deliver up the road. I sleep in the area and I stop in the star bucks to grab a coffee before I start my shift. Target is a really nice store this one is always well stocked and all the staff were busy stocking shelves. They have a great selection of goods.”

“The store is excellent and the representatives are very knowledgeable except I really wish they would answer their main line. I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”
“I was not expecting to be writing a review for Target, but I was so impressed with a recent experience that I felt the need to share. My wife and I were heading to the check-out registers hand carrying just four items and an empty reusable Target bag. There were two registers open with lines of people pushing baskets filled with goods. The self-checkout stations were all busy and a few more customers were on queue there. Just as we stopped to peruse where we would choose to lineup, a voice spoke out to us asking if we were planning to use either a credit or debit card. As we turned to the voice speaking, we observed an employee standing at a small table amongst some clothing displays holding a portable, wireless, credit card terminal. We responded in the affirmative to using a credit card and she promptly checked us out and provided a printed receipt. Two minutes and we were on our way. It wasn't the technology that amazed me, I first saw this over twenty years ago in Europe, it was the customer service. Recognizing that we had few items and our own bag for carryout, this employee singled us out for a quick and easy checkout process. Thank you, Target store manager, for effectively managing your staff. During this current time of difficulty finding workers, I should also mention that I was impressed with the number of employees I saw throughout the store stocking merchandise. This was quite refreshing.”
“Miracle workers. Started classes at HVCC yesterday and dropped my phone- totally bugged up my SIM. I walked in today and within ten minutes my SIM card was replaced no charge. I don't know the workers names but two nice gentlemen in there were extremely helpful and kind to both my father and I.”

“I stopped in after my delivery to grab a coffee as iv done before. The lady working on 08/27/24 around 10:30 was very nice and multitasking. She was taking customers cleaning and stocking by the looks off it. The store was very clean and the coffee station was very neat. I picked up a few things and was on my way. Great experience. Keep the good work. The 7/11s we have in Canada are a dump so being at this one that was clean was very refreshing. She also helped me out with her recommendations for her favourite chips? I was not disappointed!”
“You never know what kind of service you’re going to get when you walk into a store with an issue…but I was lucky enough to get Josh W. today - who not only helped us figure out a complication in our past billing history that we never would have been able to without his persistence, he could have pushed us onto someone else who came in to relieve him of his shift, but he stayed over an extra hour because he wanted to see this through. After that issue was done we had another issue that we said we could wait on line again to address and he insisted he take care of it right away for us. We were probably in the store for about two hours and our 8 and 4 year old were able to be entertained by the iPads available- just walking away from this experience feeling INCREDIBLY grateful for people who care about the service and experience they provide. THANK YOU JOSH a million times over for going above and beyond - and taking the time to leaf through so many things to figure out where the problems came from.”
