“I knew exactly what I needed, which was printer paper so I went straight to the printer paper and brought it up to the register. The nice young lady at the counter by the copier center checked me out to help me avoid the long line over at the registers by the door. Then I asked a question about some materials I had purchased for a trial last year that I ended up, not needing and just found a few days ago. She told me that I could still return them and get credit, even the opened package of whiteout that I tried in the store last year and couldn’t figure out how to use. This is helpful because I’m not working right now, so every little bit helps. Stores that are changing their return policies, like LOWES, don’t get my business anymore, unfortunately. Staples has an excellent return policy.”

“I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.”

“The store is excellent and the representatives are very knowledgeable except I really wish they would answer their main line. I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”

“I live nearby and I’m grateful that this store is open 24 hours a day. The staff has ALWAYS been very friendly and it has a Dunkin doughnuts inside that’s open sometimes. I mostly get gas a drinks here. It’s big but not stocked very well. That’s their business though. I don’t pay for their spoilage.”
