Other companies had told me that the drives were toast… Joseph was able to complete the recovery within a week, and with the patience and professionalism that is quite rare these days. I appreciate that he was up front about the process and cost, and that he communicated with me each step of the way. My iPhone 13 Pro Max had extensive water damage about 3 months ago, and had the "green screen of death." I thought it was donezo, but $212 and 30 mins later it was back to turning on and working like new.

We were told the parts would be in, in a week, parts came 2 days early, we returned and had the phone back in less time than quoted, this was about 3 years ago, and the phone has been working flawlessly since!”
“Dylan phoned ahead to confirm that arriving early would be convenient. He was pleasant, respectful of property and knowledgeable. Dylan was thorough in his diagnostic review of my appliance (GE glass top range). I declined the repair due to the ABSURD cost of the replacemet switch. The final bill would have been over $500 and most of that was the part and not labor charges. I’d much rather put $500+ toward a brand new appliance.”
