“I’ve been bringing my car here for years and it’s always been a good experience. The guys are efficient, polite, thorough, and cost effective. I appreciate that they take the time to explain the car issue & how they fixed it. They also call ahead to get the OK for repair costs when they know what the issue is, so you’re not hit with a surprise bill.”

“Overall the best experience I’ve had at any service store, honestly. They are quick accommodating, very well run establishment that has their process down. They have visible queues on screen and directly next to it you can watch your car get worked on. Nothing to fear with that type of transparency! Very professional and all about the business. Great rates, great people!”

“I had an excellent experience at Exit5! I’m a new driver and first time buyer, Jeremy was super helpful throughout the process. The employees were very communicative via text while navigating insurance information and financing options with limited credit history. I did not feel at all pressured into anything, everyone seemed super genuine and interested in making a good deal for all parties. Highly recommend!”

“Troy's Best Auto Body Shop was the best autobody shop that I have ever gotten my vehicle serviced. I had an axle replaced, bodywork, and a wheel alignment done. “Had a great experience at Adirondack Tire! Mike, the manager, was awesome — he took the time to sit and chat with me and my pup, even offering my puppy a treat. They were running a little behind schedule due to staff shortages, but Mike was super apologetic and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Excellent customer service and genuinely kind people! Highly recommend.”

“Matt was very helpful when I popped in without an appointment for a nail in my tire. Though they couldn’t take me at that exact moment, he gave me a time range for an hour later where they could probably squeeze me in. Though they were busy when I came back, they were kind, polite, and managed to squeeze me in quickly and get me back on the road. Though I didn’t share it at the time, they were my third attempt to get the tire repaired that afternoon and were able to ensure that I could safely complete a several hour trip scheduled that afternoon! Appreciate their flexibility and kindness- will be coming back for future needs :)”

“I had an exceptional experience with Warren Tire last evening. Just 40 minutes before closing, I arrived with very low pressure in one tire. Sam immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem, which was caused by 2 large nails in my tire. While other service stations may have turned me away until the next morning, Sam didn’t hesitate to help me. His kindness and professionalism will keep me returning to Warren Tire for service!”

“I was in the middle of a long road trip when things went awry with my car. This was the closest spot nearby and I had no idea how lucky I would be to find these guys. Despite the busy time of the summer, they took a look right away. Checked the issue thoroughly to ensure it was safe to continue, made a patch to fix the problem, and explained the whole thing to me clearly and patiently answered all of my questions. I was so impressed and incredibly grateful! They were kind, thoughtful, and helped get me back on the road quickly. They saved my trip!”

“Trish was amazing. I walked into the shop at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon after recently purchased a used car that needed brakes immediately. She took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and the cost associated with. She had compassion and empathy for my situation and worked with me to get my vehicle in a safe condition. Before I left she personally checked the tire pressure and made sure they were to spec. She did all this without batting an eye that is was late on a Friday afternoon or that I was frazzled with my situation. I wish I could give her and her team more stars. Great customer service and overall experience.”

808 Grooms Rd, Rexford NY 12148
“Brought to DiLorenzos after trying to take a newly purchased MGB up the road to a different shop who has classic cars out front. Come to find out that after a day of no work and berating because I had the parts they needed and even offered to let them charge me again for them because they never use parts brought in by the customer, they couldnt do a simple break bleed and switch replacement even though their mechanic swears he has restored hundreds of them. I dropped off with Charlie on a tuesday afternoon, and by wednesday the breaks were bled, reverse light switch was replaced (the part was correct btw) and car passed inspection. Not only that, but they took time to explain possible pitfalls that they have seen with the MGB in gereral and what to look out for. Provided me with a voucher for emergency tow service as a new customer, and some eye candy with the classics they were working on in the back. Thanks guys appreciate your time and your professionalism. Love a well run family business.”

“Mark is the real deal. Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact. Recalibrated all four tires, shared some Italian-car wisdom, and had me rolling again. Shops that take pride, deliver top service, and shoot straight are unicorns. Mark and his crew earn five stars, no question!”

“Thank you to Frank and the crew at the Deer Run location for their honesty and integrity. Brought my daughter’s car in to replace all tires after she hit the curb. But they determined there was no real damage and the tires didn’t need to be replaced. Additionally they fixed a damaged shield underneath and recalibrated the system for no cost!”

649 River St, Troy NY 12180
“I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center on River Street in Troy. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth. What really stood out was the customer service. They were straightforward and no pressure at all. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were right, the staff was honest, and the overall experience couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!”
