“Finding a shop that will schedule a NYS inspection and actually keep the appointment is, frustrating. After deciding to leave a competitor, after multiple made, confirmed and subsequently cancelled appointments, I made an online appointment with Monroe and prayed. Well, in the shop to on the lift, 5 minutes. Inspected and out in 30 minutes. Great experience. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. I've had mixed experiences with Monroe but the Rensselaer shop is doing it right.”

“TK was lifesaver and I couldn't be more appreciative!
Got a nail in brand new tire on wife's car and my patch wasnt holding air. Brought it to Mavis on a Sunday and they were slammed, but he got me in quickly and fixed it for me so I can feel confident my wife can safely drive it this week
Thanks TK!!!”
