Today is 11-25-24. Supervisor from watervliet post office rang my doorbell with a surprise to hand me a package. It was delivered to the wrong house in Troy the previous day. He went out his way by going to find my package. Thank you for putting your people before corporate.

Mary at this location is extremely kind and helpful. I ship packages often and she is very patient and went the extra mile to ensure I understood all of the shipping options. The team who picks up package request is also incredible. Such a great service and it’s much appreciated!
