“Last season (July 2024) , I called Jeff’s RV Service and Repair in Waverley, NY. to troubleshoot an electrical issue and to have a roof inspection. While Paul replaced a Transfer Switch, co-worker Bill inspected the roof and applied lap-self leveling sealant on all the roof seals. The work was completed with high quality and fair pricing.
This season (June 2025), I looked at the roof and not knowing squat about sealant thought it did not look right, so I called Paul and asked if he could take a look at it, just for my peace of mind.
Within a few day’s Paul came up to our RV,, reviewed my concerns, after he explained to me on how the seal is anpplied and cures, there was no issue. But Paul being a believer of Customer Satisfaction, not only applied a top coat of new sealant over the area that I thought looked funny (which was actually normal), he then hooked up his compressor and air hose, removed the cover on the roof A/C and blew off debris that was clogging the filter.
After all this work was completed, I asked him how much I owed him for the work. Paul replied back that there was no charge, that he was a believer in Customer Satisfaction.
After all that he did, it was only right to let folks know that Jeff’s RV is highly recommended by me, and that you will not find a better man than Paul, a man of high integrity and very friendly, this is what you receive from Paul and his co-worker Bill. Thanks??”

“Lincoln navigator, front CV/axles barring Advanced auto their brand. Need replaced once a yr! Two consecutive yrs now! Then told by store manager that the lifetime warranty as stated, apparently is not a life time watranty, Uuu'm, yeah O'k. Will no longer be honored as it's apparently considered abuse of entitlement! Aww isn't that cute! No, the abuse is having to change them out once a yr for inspection. such low quality and shotty workmanship and putting them on the market for sale.”
