“We had taken our newer Rav 4 here after hitting a deer & ruining a brand new front nose clip from a previous accident the year before, of which we had taken it to maguires in ithaca & they did a very amateur job replacing the front end, it seriously looked like 1st year BOCES students had worked on it. “Lincoln navigator, front CV/axles barring Advanced auto their brand. Need replaced once a yr! Two consecutive yrs now! Then told by store manager that the lifetime warranty as stated, apparently is not a life time watranty, Uuu'm, yeah O'k. Will no longer be honored as it's apparently considered abuse of entitlement! Aww isn't that cute! No, the abuse is having to change them out once a yr for inspection. such low quality and shotty workmanship and putting them on the market for sale.”

“When my local Valvoline didn't have my headlights in stock, I called Advanced Auto since they were closest. They would not change my headlights, a simple twist, plug, twist. I then called AutoZone. They said they would change the bulbs as long as it didn't take long. I drove down the busiest street in town with blinkers on, got to AutoZone, bought bulbs, and they changed them. Thank you, Sayre PA AutoZone!!!!”
