“Not everything goes to plan, but how Tina from Vision Nissan Webster expertly handled things, I gotta give her and her team 5 stars.
Long story short, a quick oil change didn't work out and left an oil spill on my garage floor.
Tina quickly recognized the urgency and the safety concerns. Instead of asking us to drive it in with a shred of oil left in the tank, she helped us get a tow-truck at their expense, fixed up the car, had it dropped off, and sent a crew to help clean up the oil in our garage.
This has to be the best example of how a dealer service center should take care of the customer. Thanks again!”

“I'm from out of town and stopped here when I had a water pump problem. The manager was very friendly and, even though I didn't leave my car for repair, he offered water to help me limp home and water to drink. I felt very comfortable talking to him and it seems like a trustworthy place. I would definitely use them for repairs if I lived closer.”
“I came to Webster, which is out of my way because I live in Ontario. The auto parts store in my area, the person behind the counter was rude and dismissed me saying ‘they were out of stock’.
The young lady here in the Webster store was friendly, accommodating and very helpful not once but twice. She apologized for the person in the other stores rudeness. She made sure I had what I needed to fix my tail light. Thank you so much and I will be returning.”

“I had my Nissan rogue towed in from Seneca Falls after a deer hit me dropped it off at Gerber collision at night then on Monday after contacting Geico they had an adjuster come in right away. They also hooked me up with a rental car grabber collision ordered parts and even gave me a new back hatch cover in my back of my car Did a great job a week and a half later Looks brand new Great customer service and contacted me every step of the way. Bob handled my work. I give them a 10 for timing and work ethics ya”

“Macedon location sold me an old dead battery. The manager Rich here was super cool about it so I didnt have to drive all the way back out to Macedon. They only had one battery for my BMW 850GS in stock at this location and he gave me the confidence that it would work when I got home. Bike fires right up and I couldnt be happier. 10/10 Customer Service.”
“This is how Car Nation and EDE collision made it to my list of Christmas Angels today .I was stranded in pouring rain with a flat tire outside Car Nation auto struggling with the useless USAA labyrinth phone tree trying to get a tow truck when Yilgor Calik came up to my car window .He told me to bring the car down the hill to the EDE collision where they popped on my spare and told me where to get a new tire .No one -not even the man who put on my tire would accept any money .AngelsJane grace Taylor”
