“Went in for a headlamp bulb. Richard Z told me they didn’t sell headlamps only headlights. When Jason tried to assist Richard told him to “be quiet whore”. Oddly, Richard’s name tag said something like “customer satisfaction.” He couldn’t figure out what I needed. I got the sheet from Ford with the info and lo and behold, they do sell headlamp bulbs. Thank you Jason for being kind and helpful.”

It was snowing/raining and freezing but he still replaced the battery. I would highly recommend this location. I forgot the gentleman's name but he works in the evening. Young guy.”

“Greg Hunt and Austin Keegan were the absolute BEST! I initially submitted an inquiry regarding a 2023 Suburban RST and it's availability; and Greg immediately sent a personalized video with my husband's name stating it was still on the lot. We got the ball rolling on a Saturday morning, and he walked me through everything with patience and clear communication. We scheduled to pick the vehicle up the following Saturday since the dealership was roughly 300+ miles away from us. This was my first experience buying a brand new vehicle, and we drove 5-ish hours from West Virginia just to finalize the sale because we were so impressed. While at the dealership, we were treated with respect by all of the personable staff we encountered. Austin took the time going over all of the features and made sure we were comfortable before we drove off the lot. I got a little too antsy and tried to rush through it, but Austin wanted to make sure all of the features worked so we didn't have issues after we left. We seriously can't wait to come back to get my husband's new truck later this year. The best part of all, we weren't even asked to write a review.
