“Got tires from tire rack. The little speed shop was on their list of installers. Decided to have them detail my 2019 Jetta with ceramic coating. They got me in within a week for both. They take their time to do everything right...Jetta needed extra attention on detailing. Best part so far the staff is very attentive and focused on customer service. Was treated like million dollar client even with my 2019 Jetta. I use to go to dealer, both didn't tighten lugs, f'd up girlfriend s front suspension. Had it redo elsewhere going have speed shop check the work!”

Even though it's a warehouse where employees clock in and out by the hour, they don't make you feel like they're rushing you out the door at closing time, even if they've already cashed out the register. Note to self: be nice; don't show up at closing time.”

One of the mechanics I went to recommended Auto Finishers and I'm glad he did. They got to the root of the problem and fixed it with some great quality work. “Store # 2927390 Spencerport RoadI went there with the intent of purchasing a new battery for my mother's car which I drove up from Florida to Rochester over this past weekend. I inquired about a new battery and to have them look into as to why my check engine light was on. I was met by Andrew and Camden, who where very friendly, cordial and professional. Mair M. (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the gentleman who performed the check engine diagnostic and told me it was an issue with my gas cap. He also performed a battery check and it came out that the battery was just fine. I then asked about new low beam headlights. Mair was extremely knowledgeable and personable and provided me the best service I've ever had at any auto store. And I'm 52 years of age, so I've been in and out of them for a while now. Mair changed out my low beam lights, and was done within about 5 minutes. I am huge customer service person, and Mair epidemies the pinnacle of customer service excellence. He is the type of person that any company needs to hire, I know I wish I could. So if you're looking for amazing customer service, so see Mair! You won't be disappointed. Absolutely Amazing!”

“Extremely Friendly customer service for sure but I had to change my review unfortunately because I had my car in for 2 days for some front end work,brakes and oil change done and when it was finished there was a coolant leak and there was never one prior as the mechanic also said and when I tried to address it the owner was nice but the mechanic said there was NO way it could have happened there and wouldn't put it on the lift to look to see where it was leaking so now I am stuck with another issue and I understand accidents happen but it is how you look into it and try to help the customer after spending $1,140 of work! Not cool and disappointed to be fair.”

“Had a mis hap w/ the rear gate of my Subaru and a moving garage door. Few dents, numerous scratches. Long Pond Auto Body warned me that it might need to be replaces as it's aluminum which doesn't always cooperate (no memory) with dent removal. So they gave me 2 estimates. I planned for the worst.Well, they were able to fix it (much less expensive!) kept me informed every day, and did an incredible job. Looks great! And they were a true pleasure to work with. “About a year ago I bought a 2019 Ford F 150 pickup. A nice truck and I did get the full warranty. I was at the park doing some photo work and I had to get some equipment from the box. But, my tailgate latch was jammed. I thought it needed a bit of lubricant, or HD 40. Living right down the street from B and B I decided to stop and ask them for a bit of help, advice versus going all the way out to Van Bortel. I went in and asked the attendant for a bit of help and he immediately got some lubricant and came out. We managed to get the tailgate open but there was still a problem. I asked him if I owed him anything he said no! I was impressed. This was old fashion service. B and B automotive has been around a long time, they know the car business.I would highly recommend them. I ended up taking my truck to Van Bortel for repairs, glad I got the warranty.”
