“Out of all of the Honda’s I’ve been to, IDE Honda in Penfield genuinely is the best and most efficient! Everyone is always so warm and welcoming and genuinely cares, especially Yousef Abusbeih and Jim Milella with whom I had the pleasure of working with for my last visit. The environment is upbeat, positive, and the staff genuinely strives (and succeeds!!) to make customers happy and cared for! The waiting area is also very nice and very clean, which is a great plus! They are very efficient but thorough, IDE Honda in Penfield will always be my first choice! Thank you again Yousef and Jim as well as all of your staff!”

“First time customer and I just had the best service. Went in for a broken driver door that wouldn’t open from strong wind blowing it back. I called Rochester Collision explained what the issue was. They ask me to bring the vehicle in to get it looked at and we brought it right in right away. They looked at it and instantly knew what the issue was and how they could fix it. They said they could have me in within 20 minutes and I believe my daughter was out of there in less than 20 minutes with a fixed door! They saved the day for sure. My daughter left extremely happy and I was relieved. Best part no charge!”

“My car was totaled in an accident. I picked Northside to have AAA tow it to, because their reviews online were stellar. When my insurance company was taking a while giving me info about the process of getting a quote, and basically giving me the runaround, the manager of Northside, Adam, gave me very helpful information on navigating the process. When I called, he would always get back to me very timely, and was sweet, honest and helpful. I appreciated his kindness very much during what was a very stressful time. When the insurance company told me they were totaling the car out as a loss, I went to the shop to collect my belongings out of the car. A lovely employee named Sam helped me get into the car, and offered his assistance with whatever I needed - not leaving me until I said I was all set and could handle the rest myself. After he went back inside, I realized I needed to get things out of the trunk, which I could not get into because the car battery was dead. Sam and another fellow came out, and after being unsuccessful getting the trunk to open, contorted themselves to get into the trunk via the backseat. In other words, every single person I spoke with at Northside really went above and beyond with their customer service. It was **greatly** appreciated, especially at a sad time for me (I was not ready to say goodbye to this car, lol). I would recommend them very highly. I think the world of them.”

“Sofia did an amazing job fixing my truck!
They got me right in, and fixed everything so that you can't even tell there was damage!
They had to replace a door, repair another, and fix a corner panel. The repair took a little bit of time, but I wasnt inconvenienced, thanks to the generosity of Sofia and their loaner vehicle they let me use!
When I got my truck back, they even detailed it, inside and out!
Can't say enough good things about this company. Its hard to find honest guys that know their trade like Sofia!

When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake,Butch was great with all my concerns and questions. Rose helped with paperwork and letting me know what my Insurance Company will expect from me. They had a quote for me in 2 days and an agreement with the Ins company 2 days after. When I picked up my car it looked brand new inside and out. They did an amazing job. I will definitely recommend Fetzner Collision for any type of job
