“Great credit union very friendly staff. I have had an account here since I was a kid and never had any issues! The only negative thing I have to say is the hours of operation are worse than normal banking hours as they close at 430 and have no Saturday hours. Also the phone system doesn't have a holding line so if they are busy you have to just keep calling back instead of waiting on hold. All in all I would a recommendThem as a secondary bank.”
“I started as a member of WCTA many years ago before it became Reliant. They have always been great. A few months ago, there seemed to have been some turnover and there were no familiar faces. I had a couple of quite unpleasant interactions. However in the past 6 weeks, we have had nothing but fantastic customer service and financial advice.
