My husband and I had an amazing experience with Mike the manager of the Paint department. He was so helpful & accommodating. His knowledge, attitude, humor, and willingness to teach us was what set him apart for us. We will absolutely be back to see him and get more products!

While i was checking i had asked my cashier if Lowe's had a veteran's discount? She looked me straight in the face and said yes we do. In the exact same second closes the sale. When she went to hand me my receipt said, well if you'd like to get your discount you can always bring this to the service desk. Yeah real smart. There is like 30 people in line at the service desk and only two people helping them all. I'll eat the 4$ that could have been my discount. Ass! To make matters worse I used to work there with her....

If you sign up for a credit card so you get money back, be prepared to jump through hoops to redeem it. Lowe’s… please make this process easier! Check out how Kohls does it. It’s only a $5 coupon, why do I have to go through multiple levels of security and codes? It’s almost as if you want people to give up and not redeem their credit. So frustrating.

Looked at a variety of tool chests. Dave S in the Tools dept helped. He was excellent helping me. Great guy. Made the shopping experience fun. That doesn’t happen often at Xmas time! Bought the floor model tool chest and walked away a happy customer. He helped load it in my car.

Ordered "in-stock" items, traveled to distant store after closest store was out of stock, only to find out it was out-of-stock there as well. Learning: low-stock items shouldn't be counted on to be available on-line.
