I made a trip to Lowes yesterday and was highly disappointed and frustrated. We talked to a "floors" agent first thing when looking for floor and bath tiles. After choosing some patterns, there was no one to help us in sight. We pushed the help button the first time and heard the call to the floor dept. (5X). 15 minutes later, we pushed it again. Another 15 minutes went by. Along comes a man from appliances who went to find the Manger! Thanks, Dustin! He returns....at 6:45....with the news that the flooring rep went home at 5:30. How frustrating to waste all that time....we will probably try somewhere else tomorrow...

Terrible service was suppose to get new doors installed since November and it’s now January 20th and no door installed keep getting the run around saying they keep ordering the wrong size door. Already started making payments for a job n door that hasn’t even been installed yet. I was told January 19th door was suppose to be ready n once again they said now February 5th.

Tools do not last took my saw back and just gave it to them after it burned out the drill did the same thing. They did very little work.

I would not recommend getting doors ? installed by Lowe’s. A job that should have taken a few hours took six days, they sent out a contractor to measure and he left items off the job to keep the money. I paid for locks they didn’t not include it in the paperwork and I had to purchase them from another store. I paid for clean up the workers blew paint chips and left nails on my property. I called and spoke with someone at Lowe’s and it took almost 3 weeks to get back to me, when they did Lowe’s had an African American representative talk to me because of my skin color. Lowe’s I’m so disappointed ☹️ I would never recommend anyone to come to this store. I heard that some people from Lowe’s was racist, I never felt that way until today when the representative called and couldn’t tell me reason they were handling my case like this.

Poor service waited at flooring counter for almost an hour, finally walked out. While service was waiting on another customer, another employee came over to borrow his phone never ask if I need help. But another customer came over and was looking on her phone and this employee ask her if she needed help, and took care of her. I will be canceling my floor installation, and go some were else. This is how you treat customers forget shopping there.

I would say this was a negative experience all the way around. I ordered kitchen in October and was given a date of 11/26 delivery, then I called several times as I wasn't receiving any notifications. I was told the week of 11/20 cabinets were bumped. Ok new date is December 18 th, so I reschedule contractor doing install. On Dec 5 th I find out the cabinets are now in route the rep Kevin tells me that they will be calling me, however I'm going to be away so I call again on the 10th because Kevin didn't return an email and I inquire again. Kevin is hesitant and I can tell something is wrong. He stated he would call the following day, I didn't hear so I called twice and finally reached someone in kitchen and bath sept, he tells me there won't be delivery as they aren't even in production. So he stated he would call me back once he confirms with rep from diamond, they never called me back. Thursday I call and manager gets a hold of rep and shares correct they aren't in production, now I'm upset and he says he will let me know what dealer offers because it was dealer error. Well nobody calls back so I call Friday and have to tell my story again, the manager agrees to credit me and later that day he offers a credit of 2 k for this mix up, well I decline because now I loose my contractor and I can rely on Lowe's and they tell me another 6 weeks so I tell them just credit me, they agree but 2 days later kevin emails me and stated that I need to pay them a 20% restocking fee, I shoot back an email because at that point I was so fed up, and I fight them with facts as now I called Diamond and opened a case so I could get the truth. Truth was they weren't in production and there was no fee . I finally got the full ordered credited and Jake tells me that diamond ate the restocking fee, total lie I had already spoke to rep since they went even in production . This was by far the worst experience in my life and cost me so much more time and money never will I give them a drop of business .

On 11.30.23, I purchased a Kobalt work table #2368776.Upon arrival at the store I went to the service desk to correct a previous purchase where I had been charged for 3 tubes of sand when I only took 2 tubes to the check out. PEDRO was amazing, he was pleasant and when I initially started the process I didn't know if my word would be accepted. Pedro treated me with respect and said "why wouldn't I believe you." In this day and age that was so refreshing! He then proceeded to contact an associate to assist me with my work table purchase. He also offered to assist me with checking out the work table because I wanted to pay for it and have it held once the associate had pulled the product.Krissy came to assist with getting the work table. KRISSY was amazing. We went to the aisle and the unit on the lower shelf was in a box exceedingly damaged. The item was for a gift and going to the Adirondacks, didn't want a damaged box for concern there might be an issue with the unit in the box. She totally understood and then proceeded to connect with her associate, JOHN. John was amazing and very pleasant and accommodating. Krissy and John decided they would pull an undamaged carton from a top shelf before they went home and insure it was ready for pickup the next day. When I picked up the item on 12.02.23, it was ready and as promised.PEDRO, KRISSY, AND JOHN as Lowe's face to the customer should be recognized for their teamwork, customer focus, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra. A very pleasant and seamless process from my perspective. Thanks!

I’ve stopped using this store and now travel a bit farther from home to a different one because I think the Webster store is poorly managed and also maybe understaffed. Every trip began with a search of the parking lot for a lumber cart: There aren’t enough of them, they often roll poorly or noisily because of poor maintenance, and I never find any inside the store. It’s often difficult to find a staff member for help, and when I do, I get accurate directions to the product I’m looking for about half the time. My cell phone usually has no service in this store, but if there were public WiFi, I could try using the Lowe’s website to find products in the store. Inventory management is a big problem: Too often I find an empty rack where the boards I want should be, quantities in stock according to the website cannot be trusted at all, and this store doesn’t even carry things I can find at other stores, like 2x3x8 framing lumber. The last time I ordered online for pickup at this store, I got the email that my order was ready but then waited half an hour at the store while the staff rummaged through the receiving department in search of it. When I reserved a Lowe’s truck in advance to drive home a large order a few years back, I went to the store, bought all the stuff, then learned the truck was not available as promised. I had to leave a very full cart in the checkout area overnight, and a piece of the lumber had been stolen off the cart when I returned the next day. I never have a great experience at the Webster store, and its inefficiency has wasted a lot of my time over the years.
