Planet Fitness is a welcoming gym with a Judgement Free Zone, ideal for beginners. The facility is big with lots of room, lots of equipment, and machines for everything. The equipment is modern and the workers are always cleaning and are amazing and helpful. Some members note the lack of actual bench press and squat racks. A concern is also the lack of a bench or chair in the changing rooms. While hours have changed at some locations, it remains a recommended place to build strength at your own pace.
Its a separate one from the other franchises (gates, henrietta) so they kept the machines that are plus-size friendly. Very important!

easy to access and a great deal. was able to transfer membership from Florida to Webster with ease and enjoyed working out during recent cold winter days

Staff is friendly. Decent location but tanning beds are not very strong and the equipment should be dusted regularly. There is a layer of dust on all the machines.
