“Ivey DUTY, the store manager at this location when above and beyond to help me get situated with my storage unit.
I cannot thank her enough I highly recommend the storage facility it's very clean and kept very secure thank you again I appreciate all the help!”
“I have been Renting a small ExtraSpace unit for couple of months as a “test“ to see if It met my requirements. I was very pleased with the process and procedures. Access to the website and a Face ID and a control of the gate were all convenient features which once I got the hang of it worked smoothly.
The manager, Chris did an excellent job explaining my options, the charges, when the rate may change, etc
Earlier today, I stopped in to see Chris with my questions and he did an excellent job. First of all he listened to what I explained where my needs, he searched for a larger unit close to my current unit and then explained my options and the pricing structure and the future charges, etc
I was so pleased and he was very helpful. I signed up and paid for four months rental of a larger unit. You are lucky to have him as the manager of that complex.”
“Viola containers was great to deal with. They sent me pictures of the actual container I was buying. I purchased the container on Friday and it was delivered the next Monday afternoon. Delivery driver was very helpful with the final placement of my four corner supports and he was a great guy as well.”
“I rented a large10' x19' unit for over a year at the Webster self-storage location. I always felt my belonging were in a safe place. And I felt very safe coming and going when I needed to add or take items out. The units and the hallways are always very clean and well lit. And there is a cart to help transport items. Whenever I had a question or concern (which was not very often) the management would get right back to me. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs storage. And... they give a Veterans discount that helped me out too!”
“I actually have two units here at Storage Solutions of Webster. This is one of the better storage facilities in the area. I've had to use a few, so I'm familiar with more than just one or two. This is a well kept area both inside and out. The staff is friendly and they're willing to work with you unlike some other places. They offer discounts on rent which is fantastic! There are indoor and outdoor units. 24 hours is a great advantage also. I really recommend this facility.”
“Noah was awesome. He took extra time to make a very trick delivery of a heavy container work... was professional and respectful and solution-oriented throughout the entire successful process.”
“Simple things matter. Almost every storage facility has metal roof that drains right in front of the empty unit. This place took the extra measure to add gutters. Little things. Big results. Recommended for your storage needs.”
