“I found this place a little over a year ago and occasionally stop in and just wanted to leave every review to let them know they're doing a great job and are one, if not the most helpful shop that actually cares about the quality of products they stock and seem to have great employees that also know the products which is unreal seeing that they have thousands of items. They will take the time to go over all the options and let me choose Instead of just pushing something on you. They will take the time and make sure you are getting the exact thing you need. I seen some bozo 🤡 mention in another comment about their warranty and I got to say that person has rocks for brains because every time I've gone in they have at least three printed policies that explicitly say their warranty is for 15 days and not on anything consumable or devices that are used for cannabis. Also the last purchase I made was for a Yocan UNI and they made sure to let me know that the battery was warrantied for 15 days, I mean that's super reasonable. It seems like some people are just not very bright because I would say they made it very clear. Overall, I think the store does a great job and I will be back in. Recommend my friends to check it out as well. Unfortunately, the business they're in seems to bring a lot of creeps / rip off artists and people who think whining will fix their issue. So I have to commend them and hope that the good customers outnumber the bad. I mean let's be real. It's not like they manufacture stuff. They're simply the middleman. I give them 9 out of 10. Only because there's always room for improvement but I dare you to find another shop that does it better ... You won't”

“Stopped in to buy a cigar & smoke it on a rainy day. Not a bad selection. I spent about $75 on smokes & the owner threw in a couple free house Maduro cigars. Internet hours say they're open till 6pm. Opener said they were just getting ready to close at 5pm on a Saturday. Perhaps they didn't want my company while watching horse racing?”
