Whole staff is so friendly and considerate, and actually cares about you and your car. They provided a downloadable comprehensive checklist of everything they looked at on my car, including pictures, so I knew what they were talking about and why it needed immediate attention or very soon after attention. Turner Auto Care fixed my NAPA warranty muffler for $0 after I originally had it replaced at a different shop in Buffalo. They also recommended I fix my FL wheel bearing and F brakes asap, but I declined and am now back in the shop already 2 days later. They know what they’re doing! Prices are reasonable, but you’re getting quality + NAPA auto parts with a (free!) 24k mile warranty, and the customer service is beyond worth it. Will be keeping Turner Auto Care as my Webster mechanic!

I had a great experience with Turner Auto Care! Great communication from the shop to the customers. I spoke with both Scott and Dan through text and phone calls to make sure my car was getting everything it needed to get me back on the road promptly and safely. The workers in this place are very honest and thorough with their work. Essentially, nothing is left unchecked during their 45s and wont hesitate to report anything wrong. I was able to work during the winter break in college with Scott, and the opportunity was great. Now that I am moving away soon, this was the place I took my car to to make sure everything was in good condition before I left.
I hope when I come back to NY one day, this place still stands

Went in thinking I needed to replace the battery on my 2018 Mini Clubman for about $500. Turner tested the battery and determined that it is still good. is ok and even though they had already procured a new battery there was no problem cancelling the replacement. Honesty is importent.
