“Yilgor is an amazing guy and the Car Nation is the best dealership. I drove all the way from Albany, NY to test a Toyota Corolla. The car was very clean, the price was great, and dealership arranged to handle everything. When I talked about my concerns, Yilgor double checked everything with the mechanic. Just to be safe, he even changed some parts. He gave me 1000 miles as guarantee, and now that I am writing this review, I already drove the car for 2000 miles and the car runs perfectly. Buying a used car seemed to be a difficult task for me but at the Car Nation,Yilgor made it an amazing experience to me. I wish I could leave 6 stars in my review. Definitely recommended!”

“I just bought a 2015 Honda Civic LX from Sherman auto sales. Ellya, hope I am spelling this right was very patient with me. I am someone with lots of anxiety especially with buying a used car . I had in generally checked out by a familiar mechanic and the maintenance issues he found were addressed and fixed by ellya . Because of my anxiety and being a worry wort , I still decided to have a more thorough inspection after purchase within the warrantee period , with a Honda dealership due to some noise I heard with the front brakes and rotors he had replaced .
I found out that this is normal, as the new parts need to wear in together and adjust . I was SO SO very pleased to find out that the most reputable Honda dealership in Rochester after a thorough professional multi point inspection said that this is a great clean car and no issues! Mechanically sound!

“Gem of a shop. We took our old Subaru to Klem's to see if the repairs needed were worth performing. They did a thorough job and were so professional. Their estimates were very fair, and I used to work at a shop myself. They kept talking to my fiance about keeping us safe (I was pregnant at the time) and were just all-around good guys. Today we were buying a Jeep and brought it to Klem's with our now 5-month-old daughter to have it checked over. We had called earlier and they remembered us, fit us in, even found a lift to put it up on rather than just run codes in the parking lot, were so sweet to our little girl -- and sent us away with a good feeling about buying our new family Jeep. We trust and highly recommend. Even if you're a distance, Klem's is worth the drive!”
