“It is funny how the world sometimes works. The family car broke down at the worst possible time that I can remember there ever was to buy a car. The burden was only magnified by the fact that I am in a point in my life where having a second vehicle is more important than ever. Desperate really can’t describe my position in the car buying arena. I have decent credit, but I am also not in a position to buy a 50,000 car either. On the flip side, I couldn’t stomach buying a beater for way more than it was worth just to get by. I looked for weeks for a used car that would service a family of 6 that was reasonably priced and had low mileage. This, remained to be impossible. Around Labor Day weekend, I traveled all over to check leads on cars to be totally disappointed. They all had some huge issue that wasn’t evident on the add. Dents, rust, ridiculous price, high mileage, etc. That is when I saw an add for Boss auto. They had a beautiful Hylander that fit my wish list. I was traveling all over the place looking and was astonished that the lot was located only 8 miles from my house. I hopped in the car and found an oasis of nice vehicles. I liked the Hylander and almost bought it, but instead decided on taking another vehicle for a spin. Like all the rest, it was was a high quality luxury car with a bit more miles than I was used to settling on. The difference maker was that these cars are high end and routinely last way longer than their counterparts. I only saw Toyota, Lexus, Acura, Hondas , and suburus. Couple the good taste in cars with an excellent mechanic and you end up with a great place to do business. I never felt rushed by Ivan and Ivan jr. and felt like I could walk away at any time if I wasn’t satisfied. Boss auto is a family run local business that reminded me about what I have been missing. These people are genuine and really go out of their way to get you what you want. I have only bought a few cars in my life, but each one was a grueling experience built on layers of games and power struggles. This experience was nothing like that, in fact I spent more time laughing and joking around with Ivan that I felt none of your typical car buying stress. I feel like I got a very fair deal at a time where I know I didn’t have much leverage as a consumer in this crazy market. To top it off, I walked in there looking for a gap vehicle and drove out in my dream car. Thanks again To Ivan and his family. P.s. The jar of honey you gave us is spectacular and was such a thoughtful gift. My family is super excited about the new vehicle and we will be coming to your store in the future.”

“My experience was unbelievable!!! No other dealership in Rochester could get me qualified. Carmax got me qualified in 5min with 3 banks. I first bought a gmc acadia. I had it for 5 days and just wasn't happy with it. I returned it with no problem. I was kind of surprised no one tried to convince me to keep it. They just took it right back. I then payed for an explorer to be delivered. Once it got here there was the smell of cigarette smoke inside. So i wasnt interested. They had another explorer on the lot that I fell in love with. “Had an outstanding outcome after recently(7/10/20) walk-in unscheduled appointment. My concern was the AC in my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. It hasn't been working since last year, but with the recent intolerable heat couldn't take it any longer. They immediately greeted me in the lobby (at 415pm on a Friday) and quickly agreed to take a look at it. The gentleman in the office came out to the garage and summonsed one of the mechanics. They both came over, briefly spoke and then the office person went back inside. In less than 15 mins the mechanic went back inside and they both returned. I was told I have an AC leak. The office man said the leak was in the rear, and due to timing couldn't be worked on until another day. I asked if Monday was possibility, and was quickly told yes. I asked what time, and he said whenever I could come in. I agreed at 9am when they open. In addition to the prompt, courteous service, they were very quick and eager to arrange a return time at my convenience. This was my most recent of several positive and impressive interactions at this garage. I have had my brakes done completely all the way around, my oil changed several times, annual inspection, and tires replaced~all at reasonable prices and with quick same day service. The waiting room is comfortable: complimentary WiFi, TV, coffee and water. In addition to my personal business interaction at Mighty Auto, my Father has been an ongoing customer for several years. Very often on quick unexpected notice he has sought repairs on his trucks. They have always done an exceptional job at an affordable price, and stand behind their work. My Dad drives Uber full time, and has all of his auto care done here. He is so confident in their service that he not only refers everyone he knows, but has bought 4 different vehicles from there~2 Kia Sorento, 1 Kia Sportage, and 1 Subaru Outback. I believe they are not only a sound business, but go about and beyond to meet your specific needs. They tell you what must be repaired immediately, and then suggest things that can wait. They always give you a heads up of cost in advance so there are no surprises.”
