“Please ask for John Burkin if you are looking to get into a Mazda. I have been in sales management for 15 years and John took an experience I was dreading (thinking of all the stereotypical car sales experiences I’ve seen and heard of) and turned it into a truly great experience. I also really appreciated how well my time was managed. I was at the dealership less than an hour when I came back to get my trade assessed/ talk numbers and less than an hour when I came to pick up my new car. As a full time working mom, time means a lot to me so getting a clear list of “homework” to do made with set appointment times (that were honored to the minute) made this far less time consuming than my previous car buying experiences.
Let me not forget to share-I absolutely love my Mazda CX-50 Hybrid! I didn’t get a survey about my experience, but it would have been a 10/10. Thank you John and team!”

“Went in here from a ad I saw posted on Facebook. I was struggling to find a reliable auto dealer that wouldn’t take advantage of the fact that I had no knowledge of cars. I found a safe,clean, and reliable vehicle for me and my kids and didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. Bob showed me multiple vehicles in my price range and didn’t push me at all. He gave me full details, carfax reports, wrote out all the numbers and “what if’s” for me to GO HOME and think about. I was pushed by the big car companies to make a decision right then and there and I don’t like that pressure. Being shown 5 vehicles that were in my price range and needs and given the opportunity to go home and think about it? Amazing. He did not call or push me and I ended up taking the vehicle of my choice to my mechanic who has been a long time friend. He wrote up what he thought it should be sold for and the one issue he found (a loose light bulb) and I brought it back to bob. My own mechanics value of the car was higher than the price tag from bob so I was sold. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a non pushy used car dealer in the Rochester area!”
