Had a problem of changing plans on my iphone prepaid. On the telephone with prepaid and could not get answers.
Gary at Holt Rd was able to personally reach out to the other department and get me connected to solve the problems. Great people working there! Thank you!.

"Carlos" is great and working to make the store be so, also. He fixed an issue for me that the on-line Verizon folks caused and with whom I was unable to connect after 3 hangups, 7 agents, 5 hours of my time and 6(!) on hold listening to that horrid music. He was attentive, sympathetic, knows-his-stuff (but made no promises at the beginning). He and this store are now my go-to store, and because of him I stayed with Version after a MAJOR snafu they caused.

After dealing with a nightmare at AT&T for months, my husband and I decided to switch back to Verizon who went above and beyond to fix the mistakes that they didn’t even make. The staff was friendly, professional and Gary the store manager did everything in his power to make sure we were treated fairly and getting the best deal possible!! We could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend this location!

Go to any other Verizon store.
Terrible experience. Four employees working, only one actually knew what they were doing and had to help the other incompetent ones. This caused a huge backup of customers.
As the other reviews stated, the employees rely exclusively on external support from corporate and are unable to help with anything other than selling you products.

Been a customer for 16 years with Verizon and have never had a better experience through them until working with Gary Zwick. Last week I spent 4+ hours over the phone and 4 days with Verizon telephone customer service that wasn't able to accomplish what Gary did in about 30 minutes in store trying to do an upgrade and trade in. I was expecting just as much of a hassle and to be rushed out the door without anything being done and feeling tricked into things we didn't need. He was fantastic and was able to actually get things sorted and was also able to help my Mother the next day. It was nice to finally work with someone who doesn't treat their customers like a hassle. Will definitely be going through any issues further in store with Gary in the future and recommending others to do so as well.

The experience at Holt road is exceptional. Gary is always willing to take time to solve my issues as he is very knowledgeable and patient. I travel in from Andover Ohio to get this experience.

I just wanted to come and say I was unable to report the rude and just awful treatment we received to corporate for you employee “DW” as that employee seems to not exist at your location. So to me that’s extremely shady to have a manager like that who hides his identity to avoid repercussions for his terrible attitude and blatant disrespect. Instead of offering me help to fix my situation he just continued to show me in all the ways I was wrong and he was right. No guidance and no solutions. Just trying to prove himself right. Thankfully we had a younger kind gentleman who interacted with us kindly and eased the situation a bit. But get BETTER and EXPERIENCED management

Saul is the goat. Had to come in a few times with a bunch of different problems switching from T-Mobile and he got us straight. Took a while but he made conversation the whole time and is just a good dude. Great service.

i just have to say that again I received great service from the Holt Road Webster Verizon store - Gary Zwick was so very friendly and very knowledgeable and just over all a great sales guy and helped me with all my needs. I needed to return later in the afternoon as was unable to finish my activation and as soon as I walked in he helped me was in an out in about 15-20 minutes. Thanks again Gary. Gail LeFever

Went in to get a phone that was from Verizon fixed or help with it and they tried to upsell and ended up asking for $80 a month for a new phone

The customer service at the Holt Rd. location is above and beyond. Another store lost my trade in device and stopped communicating with me. The Holt Rd. manager called the manager of the other store, who immediately found my device and drove it to Holt Rd. I'm not sure if any foul play was involved at the other store or not, but I am so appreciative of Gary's help and follow through. It's rare these days!! The original associate I worked with several weeks ago, Saul, was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this Verizon location.

I had the most wonderful experience with Gary Zwick at the Webster Holt Rd location. I was there with my elderly parents who had different issues with their phones. Not only did he correct the problem but was so just so patient and understanding to their needs. He went over the top with customer service!
