I was lost because I do most of my own work and I really don’t like anyone touching my vehicles. I tried another local station and was really disappointed until a few people recommended Mark and Paul. I have mostly dealt with Mark but they are both really great, honest, reliable, respectful people and they definitely know what they are doing. I still don’t really like anyone touching my vehicles but as I get older I find more things I can no longer do so knowing I have Mark right around the corner I’m in good shape.”

Patrick, I guess the owner listened to my problem and before he speculate he says let me run a diagnostic on the car. Before he starts the job he explains the issue and gives me an estimate of what it would cost and how long it would take. I agreed to have it fixed and was about to call for a ride and he offered to give me a ride home. I received my car before time and the cost was right. The car is driving so much better. I have been to other auto shops before and the service was terrible. “Excellent body repair and customer care. From the initial visit, everyone was pleasant, informative, and professional. We hesitated at first to go to a national brand thinking they wouldn't give us the personal care we were used to from a local shop, but we were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of Caliber, and how they kept us up to date with the progress of work by sending text along the way. The lifetime warranty is also a very nice added bonus you might not get elsewhere too. Oh and the most important part... They did an outstanding job on the repair. Everything came out as new!Only, slight complaint was some dust left on the seats and paint smell inside the car. Had I noticed it when we picked up the car I would have told someone. We did have one other issue with one of the window controls not working, we had to bring the car back in but, they took us right away, treated us very nicely, and it was easily fixed.”
