“Kevin Coore helped me open a high school account for my son today. He was really kind and respectful. He’s the only reason I’m giving a five star review, since I have been turned away more than once by Veronica Lanza. I had an appointment today which I was late for because I thought the appointment was later than it was. She was rude and said she couldn’t help me but thankfully, Mr. Coore took us in. Lanzas was very rude, and she told my son that she couldn’t take us because she was leaving in ten minutes. However, while we were opening our account Lanzas took a client in who I heard say she didn’t have an appointment. Mr. Coore was amazing so HE is getting five starts. Lanzas gets 0 for her attitude”
