“Excellent service, apparently they compromised my grips when doing the service and comped me new ones due to the fact. I worked at a trek store years ago and this place brings back some great old vibes. Took the bike out last Saturday and it performed like it was brand new. I will only get my bike serviced there.”
“10/10 would recommend this bike shop to anyone i know i went to babylon bike shop first to look for a sarm gx derailleur they were charging 240 for a new one and 75 for a used one and 70 to put on i didnt have enough so i went to this bike shop the viscous cycle they charged 45 for a used derailleur and like 20$ to put on i forgot and also the bolts in my bike were almost out of the housing and the guy fixed it for complete free in under a hour for me babylon bike shop said it would take 2 weeks also when i got back i got pegs for my bike and he put them on right away for 5$ i gave him a 20$ tip for his service best bike shop i ever been to”

“Went in today with my son’s broken balance bike, we couldn’t get the adjustable height seat to lock to save our lives, he would just slide off the back of the seat. He was so sad without it, and I was bummed since I couldn’t find it anywhere online, it was a gift two Christmases ago from my husband’s grandmother, and I had hoped that eventually all the kids would use it as they grew into it. We went in and they had us fixed and out the door in five minutes total. They were so kind and didn’t end up charging us for the part since they had one on hand that was also incomplete and would fit our bike. My son was over the moon and rode it all the way home! Now I know where we’ll be buying his next bike when he outgrows this one. Thank you again!!”

Old-fashioned excellent customer service.There was fast & easy ordering sure but there was also friendly and efficient problem-solving when I called with an issue. Neil and Michael couldn't have been nicer. They were so pleasant and handled my issue so promptly and efficiently that I started asking questions about products I was only thinking about I called. “What an amazing bike shop I went there last night and the salesman was a delight to deal with he took very could care of us and made sure that even though the bike I had originally wanted was sold out and would never be produced again we took a bike they had in store and fully customized it to my liking. “Sunrise Tri CLOSED its showroom in December 2022 and closed out its online business with a "retirement sale" through June 2023. Opened in 1955, Sunrise Tri was a complete BICYCLE SHOP, running shop, and swimming shop. ("Tri" is short for "triathlon". Their second sign said "Swim Bike Run.")”
