Cassandra and her entire staff made me feel like they lost their card. The amount of professional and personal care was above board. It’s refreshing in these uncertain times that the Reebok staff took time out to share my personal pain! From moving racks to viewing tape, I was pleasantly pleased with Cassandra and her staff. I understand why corporate has her in charge.

“I came looking for skates. As a woman getting up there in age, I only skate recreationally a couple of times a year, and had no idea which type of skate to get. The sales person was extremely helpful and patient, advising me on sizing, styles, fit etc., and letting me try on multiple pairs before finding EXACTLY what I needed -- a used pair of women's figure skates, in great condition, and a very comfortable fit. Oh, and for a great price, too!

“I had placed an order online to Manhattan. I misread and thought it was one day shipping. It wasn’t. I was a little upset. I forget the man I spoke to regarding my order, but he was so nice and understanding and even got my order out in two days. The customer service alone was fantastic.
I’m a native Long Islander and avid darts player living in NYC the past few years. I never knew about this store. I’ll be happy to support and buy from them again on the fact of how nice that guy was on the phone with me when I was frustrated.”
