Not only have they fixed my car which thankfully was many years ago they now completely transformed my elderly Mother's car last month. Eddie and his amazing office staff literally swooped in like Angels and made the entire process easy, efficient and stress free. My Mom who is very nervous normally about everything was totally at ease, they made her car look completely brand new , literally like it just stepped out of the dealership . “Happy customer. After some aggravation - alls well that ends well. There appears to have been a scheduling snafu with my car detailing appointment. They had my car for two days, instead of the one I expected. After I complained, Carl said he would, “…make it worth my while…”. And they did! This is a GOOD COMPANY, that does the right thing! In the past I have brought my RV and a (not fancy) classic car to them for detailing. Yesterday, I brought my two year old, everyday car and it came out better than new! They cut the charge by 25%. Upgraded the interior detailing and gave me some glass and ceramic sprays. I would recommend 631 Coatings for all your car detailing needs. He assured me that the darkness of the tint I chose would not be an issue, here in NY or in Florida where we travel often. He was right and we could not be happier!
