“I needed to rent a car for my son who was visiting. I placed my order online several hours before the pick up. When I arrived I was greeted by Vincent. He acknowledged me immediately even though he was helping another customer.
The Car I reserved was no longer available but Vincent gave me an immediate upgrade. The process went very quickly and I was in and out within 20 minutes....

“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! “Decent place. Easy process. Signed a couple of forms and was on my way.Drop off was quick and painless.The car, that was given to me, wasn't that clean; there were still a few items in the car and the car smelled like the previous driver was smoking in it.”
“Good service and friendly staff. We rented two vehicles for a mission trip to WV with our church. One of them had a mechanical problem and needed to be replaced, causing some of our team to lose a day’s work helping to repair homes in the area. When we told Brendan at the West Islip branch about it, he spoke with his manager about it, and they adjusted the price accordingly. Will definitely rent with them again.”

I even had a small hiccup with the first car and when I called in to see if I can swap out, they win above and beyond to get me something better.”
“My flight ✈️ was delayed and the rental company at the airport was closed due to the big storm. By the time I got to this Avis the next day I was lucky to have met Yvette who was so sweet and was quickly able to process my information and get me into a car. I felt like she hit a new record..Very pleased with the service here and will be renting again.”
“I don’t give reviews unless they’re worthy of a five star. I’ve been using Avis for a few months now I rent a car about twice a week. I have found it to be less expensive than buying a car right now and paying insurance. I have another car so this is just for convenience. I’m happy with every car that I’ve rented. If you have an AARP membership, you can get a better discount when going though AARP for Avis but either way I prefer them over all the other car rental places in Massapequa and I’ve tried them all. It’s a very fast and efficient process, and I haven’t had any issues with any of the vehicles.”

“Its greatly improved in service and inventory. People don’t realize that this is a small mom and pop shop. This isn’t a major airport. Also people are assuming that car should be readily available all the time when in reality there is a limited supply. I never have had a problem in the last five years of renting from them either picking up or dropping off. I rent for work and, I keep coming here because of the fact that this is the only car rental place that I can drop off my personal car in the parking lot and know that it will be safe.”
“Tony is great, they didn’t have exactly what I wanted and the back of the car wasn’t that great but nothing I can’t clean up on my own in under 10 min. I was in and out in under 10 min.”
