He customized embroidered sweatshirts for me for a gift that I needed for that night and when there was a small mistake in the embroidery, he remade them the next day and shipped them all for free. Awesome customer service! Such a great addition to babylon. The tea at their tea cafe is also fantastic.”

“The store is always a little messy. It's also laid out a little strange. While they do have multiple types of t-shirts in multiple colors for example, they have all the different styles spread out all over the store instead of in a particular section, which makes in hard to find. It's the same with pants. The lay out is just strange. But prices for basic items are always great so you can't beat it.”

The women who helped me was so kind, caring, and considerate. She made my experience so amazing! I don’t normally leave reviews, but after the amazing experience I had, I have to! Besides the merch, the owner Renee is a delight! She is the friend you need to give honest opinions, style you, while getting to know so she can pull clothes for you! She's even personally contacted me to let me know that something I would like has come in. She is never a pushy sales woman, but your shopping bestie.
