“My almost 14 year old fur baby was taken to the ER over the weekend after going into congestive heart failure. I was told that he needed an EKG, but unfortunately, there wasn’t a cardiologist on call, and they would have to see who might be available to come in.
I knew that once he was released, I wanted to take him to Gold Coast Veterinary. While my dog was still in the ER, I emailed Dr. Blass, the cardiologist at Gold Coast, on Sunday. There is normally a months long wait to get an appointment with him, but after I explained what was happening, he immediately told me he would fit us in the very next day.
I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Blass for making time for my fur baby when we needed him most. He is an incredibly wonderful,
compassionate, and caring doctor, and his kindness during such a frightening and emotional time meant more to me than I can say. I am truly so thankful for him.”

“After everything I went through with my cat I wanted to leave this review for Dr. Glen Roiland.
Before finding Dr. Glen I spent months with another vet who seemed focused on keeping my cat stable enough to come back every week rather than actually improving her condition. I was constantly being charged for follow-up visits and presented again and again with new expensive tests. It felt like I was getting more fear and uncertainty than real answers.
Meeting Dr. Glen was a completely different experience.
From the beginning he was honest, thorough, and practical. He only recommended the tests that were truly necessary and never pushed me into unnecessary procedures or surgery. Instead of trying to scare me he took the time to explain exactly what was happening, what my options were, and what he genuinely believed would help my cat.
Most importantly the treatment plan he created actually worked. The medications he prescribed made a noticeable difference in my cat’s quality of life. Seeing those improvements after feeling so hopeless was incredible.
Extremely knowledgeable, professional and thoughtful in his approach. Entire team deserves recognition as well. Every interaction, whether over the phone or in person has been friendly, respectful, and helpful.

“Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.”

“I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Massapequa Pet Vet over the years. My 22 year -old cat received excellent care there for many years. When she fell ill, the staff provided supportive and compassionate care. After she passed, they mailed a thoughtful sympathy card with handwritten notes from each staff member and a small silver cat charm.

“8-28 this is my first time going back after Dr. T sadly passed away and the new doctor i saw today was definitely not my cup of tea and she requested tests that were specialized but could have just been the regular versions of the test. I will still be going here for my pets needs but will be sticking to Dr. Dratch or his son for future visits
