“My family and I have been taking our fur babies to Dr. Bob since 1998 and each year I’m more dedicated to him and his entire team. From day one I noticed how, professional, caring and supportive he is to everyone that came in. He genuinely cares about every family, their pet and the medical issue at hand by explaining everything to you without judgement and rushing to the next person. I have referred several family members and friends to Dr. Bob because of his patient, courteous, caring and understanding demeanor even if your pet is in critical condition. He cried with me when there was no more that could be done for my babies. Over the years he has shown me that he is the most dedicated, devoted, uplifting and most phenomenal Veterinarian I’ve ever meant and should be recognized for his work. I challenge everyone to keep him and his team being number one by posting a good Dr. Bob story. When I say I speaking for a lot of people when it comes to how grateful and thankful that Ian to him the entire staff.

“I decided to try this Vet it is close to home and was highly recommended. I was surprised I was able to get a appt. within 24 hours. I have to say this Vet office was spotless, so clean and updated. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We met with Dr. Haley Knopf.. She explained the problem Daisy was having gave her a shot and some meds to put on her paw. We had a follow up appt. and all went well. Our furry friends are like our children and we only want the best for them. I highly recommend Commack Vet. Center on Motor Parkway in Commack.
Had another visit to the Vet and once again very happy with the care. Daisy had a ear infection and she is a very good girl well behaved and they were able to clean her ears and apply a solution. The staff is so good and they take the time to talk to your pet. Can't say enough about this Vet.”
“I took my Pitbull to Twins Vet for the first time this week. This vet was recommended by my coworker. They were amazing! From the receptionist to the vet assistant to the vet. The vet was very thorough, he answered all my questions, he didn’t seem like he was in a rush, he was so great and loving with my dog. Everyone had great attitudes, very friendly, the office was very clean and they treated my dog as loving as I do. I would 100% be staying with them. They were also very affordable.”
“Dr. Roiland takes care of both of our dogs and you won't find a kinder, gentler, or more thoughtful and thorough vet out there. Our pups can be a bit of a handful at times, but Dr. Roiland and his staff are always patient and understanding.”

My dog originally had hip dysplasia in both hips. I elected to have her get left FHO in April 2024 when she was still young. She goes to PT weekly Tuesdyas and Fridays ever since then. She also recently had right FHO about 2 weeks ago as well.
The entire surgery team and physical therapy team has been very amazing and supportive the entire way. Victoria and Riley both answer any questions I have and give recommendations as well as show me how to do all the at home exercises for my dog.
Would recommend them to anyone!”

“I found a kitten the mother abandoned 2 1/2 weeks old I spoke with the staff about where I can bring her. They spoke to the Dr's there and called the animal rescue that was coming to there office that I could give to them. I have known them from Queens and they are the most wonderful caretakers of all animals. I traveled an hour from Queens and would have traveled many more hours because of there loyalty to all pets.”

“We have been taking our cat to Plainview Animal Hospital for years. We love the staff and board our cat frequently there. Unlike many vets, they do medical boarding, which we need since our cat gets insulin shots twice daily. We have tried other vets before in the tri state area (we've lived in NYC for years). However, we continuously make the trip to Plainview Animal Hospital for their level of care and having the options we need for our pet.”
“Dr. Cronin is incredibly caring, kind and humane with you and your fur babies. She's honest, transparent and explains everything to you so that you make an informed decision. She doesn't manipulate you into getting unnecessary things that won't help your vet reach a diagnosis. And if what is needed is something out of her expertise, she will provide a referral to a trusted expert. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Dr. Cronin and her friendly staff. Because it's a small practice, don't wait until the last minute to make an appointment. However, if you need to be seen same day, call and many times they will do their best to accommodate you. This is a great and loving practice.”
“I have a very reactive Rat/Chi that the staff at Southgate handle wonderfully. The techs and Dr Muro treat him incredibly well despite him being a very difficult at times. I usually only have to wait a few minutes for my appointment but I don't mind because the care is fantastic. A big thank you to the staff and Dr Mauro!”

“Jen was super sweet and helpful! I love coming here because they don’t force you to do a bunch of unnecessary things just to get more money out of you it makes me feel like they truly care about my dogs health.
Edit: I can’t say enough good things about this place every single doctor, vet tech and office ladies are amazing. They were so helpful through out my dogs surgery and recovery. Candy is now back home and doing great thanks to everyone here
Last edit: my puppy girl passed away on Friday. I want to thank dr perfetto and the rest of the staff for showing us so much compassion and care for my baby girl. It was the hardest day of my life and I’m so thankful that they made the process hurt a little less. Thank you”
“The BEST Exotic Veterinary care ANYWHERE! Everyone is just wonderful. From the front desk to the Vet Techs and the Veterinarian(s). We take our two year old cockatiel Snuggi for regular wellness visits and nail trims. Definitely 15 stars out of 10!!”
“From start to finish, my visit at Nassau Suffolk was wonderful. A completely different experience from my last vet. From booking the appointment with the front desk (I believe her name was Renee being particularly friendly and helpful), to checking in and having an appointment with Dr. Tanaka who took her time and was super patient with my dog. The vet assistant Kim was one of the nicest people I’d ever met in all the years I’ve had pets, super sweet and took the time to explain how the appointment would go, even giving my nervous baby a treat! While they are definitely not the cheapest vet, Katie at the front desk was so thoughtful and took her time going over different options. Not only was she incredibly informative, but she was so friendly, it was shocking given how my previous vet’s office used to be. If she could teach everyone how to provide customer service the world would be a better place! Given the time and care Dr. Tanaka put into the exam and explanations, I would say it was worth more than a cheap 5-minute exam you can get somewhere else. You can tell the staff is there because they truly love animals.
I was lucky enough to speak with Katie again when she called to check on my baby the day after! The staff as a whole has been nothing but kind and educational. I got a call two days after to go over lab work, where again Dr. Tanaka made sure my boy was doing fine and explained what the different values meant. I cannot say that this is a low-cost vet, but I can say that the staff has been nothing but kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and above all, treated me like a dog mom, not as a customer. I would highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a new vet!”
“Let me start by saying that I don't often write reviews but I feel like this one was necessary as I would do anything for my dog (my 93 pound pitbull who thinks that she is a lap dog). I want to personally thank Dr. K and the staff at Babylon Animal Hospital, you are the reason that my dog is not only here today but thriving! Dr. K first diagnosed my dog with a type of skin cancer on her back at 3 years old but he was able to surgically remove it and she was cancer free! Then at 9 years old Dr. K diagnosed a new/different type of cancer but this time it was on her leg, once again he was able to surgically remove it and get rid of all of the cancer. When she turned 11 this past year during a check up he found a small growth that turned out to be a new/different type of cancer again except this time on her stomach. After Dr. K completed surgery he was able to remove all of the cancer and at 11 years old my baby was cancer free again! Then more recently she had stopped doing stairs and of course Dr. K knew exactly what to do. After we spoke he told me he had a new injection to help with arthritis and boy was he right. Not only is my dog doing stairs again but she is a puppy again! Dr. K without your amazing diagnostic and surgical skills my Anna wouldn't be here today so thank you for being the best doctor out there! You are the reason why she wants to play 24/7 at the age of 11 years old (even as I am sitting here writing this review) and I cannot thank you enough.”
“Tried Park Hills Animal Hospital on a recommendation and had a fantastic vet experience. Place is very clean, staff friendly, prices reasonable. Best part is the super-knowledgeable Dr. De-Paepe who we know from seeing many of our pets in the past, and always gave them excellent care.”

We originally went to a cat specialist vet for our new pet but didn’t love the experience so decided to bring her to Dr Rana as well! we trust his opinion and his staff is really friendly and responsive when we call with any questions.”
