“being a chinchilla father of 2….its been very tough to find a reliable exotic vet nearby but i now have somewhere to take my pets whenever they need something. The staff here are super friendly and extremely helpful. “Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island was wonderful to our 5 year old Cavalier. He swallowed a piece of a dress which had metal clips on it. it was already late on a Saturday night when we got there. Even though very busy we were seen within an hour or so. Dr. Kramer was terrific and was able to remove everything without surgery. Our vet technician was also wonderful. The whole staff was helpful and caring.”
“We went here to sadly put our dog down and they did a great job. They cried with us and were incredibly personable. Just yesterday we received a card in the mail from them with all of the employee signatures sending their condolences about our doggy. I highly recommend this place for your pets needs.”
