“Took my tire in for repair at the last minute. Although they were rather busy with scheduled appointments they were very quick in doing the repair and remounting the tire back on my car. I was pleasantly surprised that the even put my share tire back in its assigned location but put everything back on time as if it had never been out of the car. A plus to that the staff very welcoming. Definitely will be returning as needed.”

“I’m a newer customer to Cranes but on my few visits to them I have been very impressed. Old school shop with great customer service and reasonable pricing. On my most recent visit, Anthony did an oil change and mounted and balanced a set of snow tires for me for an upcoming road trip. Unfortunately I didn’t give myself a ton of time to get those things done but they were able to take care of my vehicle the next day! Price was very reasonable which you can almost never say anymore. I will definitely be returning to Cranes for my future services and repairs.”
“I've been bringing my vehicle to Shamrock Service Center, and I can't say enough good things about them. Every employee truly goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. They take the time to explain everything in detail, so I always understand exactly what's going on with my vehicle and why certain repairs or services are recommended.

“You never *want* to have to buy a car because your old one died. But, I recently found myself down one Jetta recently, and after doing a cursory search of the Rochester subreddit, I heard many good things about Jessica nee Molye Chevrolet.
Not only were the Bolts on my mind for the ecofriendliness, but the tax credits and price point made it all the sweeter. After reaching out using the online portal, I soon heard from Sales Specialist Karen.
Karen was kind, attentive, and client-centered. Did I want to chat over the phone, or did I prefer email? What is my commute like? Have I driven an EV before? Karen was not pushy in the least, and in point of order, she challenged me to think on my driving needs and what model would be most appropriate for my use case.
I saw Karen speak at a public green energy event in Lima, and was won over by her affable and pragmatic pitch for driving electric. In truth, my adoption is less to do with being ecofriendly, but seeing family and friends go electric with little hassle, and enjoying some sweet, low maintenance cars as a result.
Karen was a breath of fresh air in a market of "sign, sign, sign" sales associates, and supported me from salutation to sale. The day I picked up my car, I was just behind a fella who was on his 7th truck bought through Jessica Chevrolet - and I can certainly see why!”

“A really honest and trustworthy man who went out of his way to make repairs to my car. Facing over a 1000 dollar repair bill quoted by another facility, Ray said not to believe what they said. Another of his customers had just had that experience with that other facility, and was told that he needed 4 wheel bearings replaced. ( told me rear 2). No symptoms on mine, the other car just needed brake pads on drivers side rear. Ray fixed my air conditioner problem, helped me with passing state inspection and will repair muffler noise next week. Thanks for everything Ray.”

Being 6 hours from our destination, not being from around here, and having our young daughter with us, we were desperate to get it checked out asap. They got us in first thing the next morning, checked it over, and got us back on our way. Mike was so kind to us and we appreciate his help so much. “Excellent, friendly service and eager to help us out when we were in a bind. Our son slid off an icy road on New Year's Day into the woods and landed in a shallow creek. (He was fine, but the truck suffered a lot of damage.) Several tow places did not respond to the call from our insurance company, but Bald Hill was very agreeable to helping, and went the extra mile in taking care of our truck with plastic so no more water damage would occur. The bill was initially higher than what our insurance company would cover, but they were able to negotiate with the tow company to get it down to a level that they would cover. We are very thankful that we had a caring tow operator to help us out in this time of need. It made a bad situation a little bit better!”

“We were involved in a MVA while on vacation. Our car had to be towed. Max from MTM was very professional, very kind. Max put our minds at ease and we felt confident our car was in good hands. Max went out of his way to help get us situated into a rental car. He knew we were overwhelmed and took over helping us even when it was not his responsibility. The body work and repainting of our car was completed at MTM. It turned out perfect. Communication through the process was outstanding. I highly recommend this business. The accident occurred on our second day of a two week vacation. As you can imagine it would be upsetting. Thank you Max for making a bad situation turn out as best as possible.
