I appreciate their platform they use to approve the repairs and cost, and I respect the way they explain what the repair is. They educate you and do not push you to get repairs that are not urgent or immediately necessary. They are super friendly and accommodating and have completed work on my car the same day. If you ask for a quote, they provide one right away. I never thought I’d report that I like a mechanic shop, so this is your sign to pay them a visit!”

“Mike and team are great. We were traveling through NY on vacation when we had trouble with our brakes on our Jeep. They squeezed us in on a very busy Monday and got us back on the road. Unfortunately, there was an oversight with the work that caused us to seek service 2.5 hours down the road. They drove the lug tool to us and reimbursed us for work we had to get in another town. “2015 Ram 1500 with 6 speed transmission that gave up on me after 177k miles. Took it to Vanessa and her team to get it checked and found out that needed to be rebuilt or a new one. Vanessa was very informative and gave me nothing but her honest opinion and the choices that I had. Because she didn’t push me to make a fast decision i went home and was able to think about it for a couple of days. I decided to pull the trigger and get a new transmission with Vanessa and her team. Let me say this was the best experience i have had with a shop. Vanessa didn’t just earn me getting the transmission from them but they also earned my trust for future repairs on any of my cars. Happy to know that they do all kind of mechanical work. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop check out Vanessa and her team at AAmco East Rochester. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I have to start this by mentioning I’m from Long Island, specifically six / seven hours away by car / Amtrak and still made the effort to come out to Porsche / Audi Rochester. Not only were the features for the car I wanted right, but so was the price !! Molly made the process smooth, easy, and super transferable. Locally, I found that despite negotiating, I was being sold high mileage cars, or something way out of my price range. I felt like that shouldn’t be my problem / fault just because someone ran a red light, and totaled my car, and Garber did their best to work with me! Molly was absolutely amazing, and did the transaction with me through text. Everything even from Amtrak pick up was seamless! It had me wondering if maybe I should have upgraded further ;). The pick up for my dream car got even sweeter when I got the opportunity to meet Dan and Chris at the front desk. The most personable people work at every inch of Garber, and after such a traumatic experience with getting rammed into, and have to find and facilitate everything quickly, Garber, especially Molly made the biggest difference in getting this accomplished. I’ll never forget the six hour drive home to Long Island or the six hour amtrak up, and don’t regret it one bit. I got everything I wanted, and even things I didn’t expect! 10/10 recommend ☺🫶🏼”
