“I was in Mendon working (I clean houses for a company), when I came out to my car my tire was flat due to a broken valve stem and I thought no big deal, I'll put my donut on and get to my mechanic. Nope, stripped lug nut. I showed up here and a younger man literally stopped what he was doing and popped that bad boy off, replaced the valve stem, and I was omw to the next clients house. Amazing customer service, would recommend 10/10.!!”

Scott and Connor stopped gave me an estimate and Connor did the work the next day, looking at the repair at different angles and different light I could not tell where the damaged areas where. “I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle fixed on a number of occasions at North Coast Auto. Very professional service individuals who took care of what needed fixing. I originally went in for to have them look at what I thought would be a new muffler installation. It turned out that they could fix the muffler without charging me 1400 for a new catalytic converter and muffler system. I immediately liked these guys when I realized that they just saved me $1,000 instead of charging me. Then I went in again for a because my check engine light was on. It turned out to be nothing and I don't even think they charge me for that visit. All in all, I just trust that North Coast Auto will take care of me and my vehicle and I don't have to worry about them overcharging me. It's good to find a mechanic you can trust who is also courteous and professional. Highly recommend”

“I brought my 2015 Subaru Outback in for 110k service. Some of it I had done before, so I chose what I felt the vehicle needed. Van Bortel was very accommodating and even found that my rear wheel bearings required replacement. It was a pricey servicing, but I want the car roadworthy and the new ones are beyond my price range. I normally drive my Subarus for 200,000 miles! The owner even gifted me a frozen turkey for Thanksgiving. Joey G. In the Service Department explained all to me and found an additional $50 off gift certificate!! It takes me 45 minutes to drive to Van Bortel, but it’s worth it!!”
