βTook my car here to get a problem fix, one of the guys Deep is his name, found the problem straight away and got it fixed within a few hours. I was so happy with the job done and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be returning and would refer this place to friends and family.β

βGreat prices, need membership though. Love their new feature that tells when a pump is empty, its helpful when trucks or vens are getting filled and is impossible to know if a car has moved out. A nice indicator tells which pump is open for service. People are very helpful and come to support with anything.β

Glenville Shell (he) personally checked everything out with my X3 and all that was needed was a simple oil change..He also fit me in later than expected today. β*****10 STARS***** BEST MERCEDES & PORSCHE MECHANICS!!! GO HERE & NOT the dealer!!! This shop does amazing work and cost is reasonable. As a woman, I am very hesitant to go to mechanics by myself. If you are looking for an amazing mechanic go to this shop. I highly recommend them. The dealers are too expensive and they tend to rip you off. My vehicle is a 2012 Mercedes and it is running like new. Go to Ro Ro to fix your vehicle and you will not be disappointed. I don't give many reviews but I feel obligated to give one. They are FANTASTIC!!β
βI've been coming here for about a year now, having had a very bad experience with my previous mechanic. I have 3 cars, two of them over 10 years old. I do basic maintenance myself (oil/filter change, air filters, fluids, etc.), but I needed a mechanic to do things like brakes and exhaust.
My experience here has exceeded my expectations. Anthony and his team have been excellent. He is honest, fair, and provides high-quality work. I couldn't ask for more in an auto shop. Thank you for all you do!β

βHighly recommend this shop theyβve replaced my CVT transmission and my cars been driving better than the day I got it! Feels way more responsive. Chris is very knowledgeable about cars and diagnosed that my CVT was mildly slipping without a check engine light on my dash!β

βI recently moved into the area, didnβt have a mechanic in mind to go too. The engine light turned on my car, I called up Sinclair since itβs walking distance for me. I spoke with Mike the mechanic who told me to bring the car in the am & he would check it for me.Mike was very professional, knowledgeable on what was happening with my car. Long story short . Mike repaired the part to the engine light and other items that needed repair.The price was reasonable, but most importantly I trusted Mike with my car , he treated my car as if it was his own. Mike is to the point , trustworthy. Now, I have a great mechanic near home ?..highly recommend this auto repair shop.β

βGuido and his staff are absolutely amazing. I began coming to them over 5 years ago with my old SUV and the were professional and informative about what the process was. I never felt that I was taken advantage of as a woman who knows nothing about vehicles and costs so when I finally purchased a new vehicle they were the first and only place I went to for repairs when my vehicle was hit. Guido and the staff are always welcoming and ready to help. This review has been long overdue and just wanted everyone to know that your vehicle is in excellent hands if you ever need repairs.β
βSo, my son has a four-hour drive to college and was uncertain about how roadworthy his car was since he had been given a list of problems the last time he had it serviced. Charlie was amazing: he checked it out for him the same day (on the house) and told him that most of the problems on the list were "bull". It's so hard to get no-nonsense information about anything anymore, and I felt like I had stepped thirty years into the past when customer service really meant something. This is my new favorite spot for gas, inspections, etc.β
βSIlvio did a very good job at a reasonable price on some body work and, more recently, gave me advice after a dealer recommended very extensive work. I trust Silvio as an honest mechanic.β

βOssining on the Briarcliff side have minimal store/gas stations and this place is home raised and you can tell by how they take care of there clients. i thought i left something and they went out their way to review the camera. later on i found out that it fell out in my trunk, which was a relief but just to know that they're willing to go through video to help me is so sincere and kind. Great local shop for your home needs and great price on gas. Thank you JFLβ

βOn Friday 5/26/2023 I pulled into Sam's to gas up my rental car. I went to throw out an empty bottle and when I shut the door I had locked the keys with my wallet and phone in the car. The car was right in front of the pumps and I knew that this was not going to be good. Sam's is a full service station and Sam and all his employees showed me what service really means. No anger, no attitude and thank goodness no judgement, the guys helped me try and call Hertz and Sam tried to open the car door. The car was in front of the pumps for over an hour and a half but no one got upset. They kept trying to help me in anyway they could.I want to not just thank them all for their kindness, but also want to let anyone in the area of the Westchester County Airport in NY know that if you need gas or any service for your car, Sam and his guys showed me that this was the place to go.Thank you again.β
