“Me and my kids have been going to Randy for 10 years at least. We have purchased all our devices from him for at least half the cost from anywhere else. He will go out of his way to fix any problem you might have, no matter how busy it gets or if close to closing time. He even sets up our phones with the best carriers. He is kind, courteous and patient. I will never go anywhere else!”

“I travel quite often and rent out SIM cards or phones from multiple places, but let me tell you something, the service that this place offers is one of a kind that I don’t think anyone can beat, the texts get answered momentarily, always a positive answer on anything that might come up, and they are on top of everything.
In the past when I rented from other places I always happen to bumped into some issues for whatever reason, but now I was away for 2 weeks between multiple countries and everything was top notch…
Would really recommend this place and plan on returning god willing in the future for more business.”

“The best Total Wireless store I've been to yet!! Maria is lovely and very helpful. After nearly getting scammed by the Poughkeepsie store who wanted $450 to $500 for 5 new lines and then dropped it down to a still ridiculous amount of $225, Maria was able to give me all 5 lines on the Total Unlimited 5G+ plan for the true price of $160. And that included everything, taxes, fees, SIM Cards, everything. I have no idea why Poughkeepsie was so dishonest. But this is definitely the store to go to. Excellent and Friendly service, it was a really great experience. Maria also has an adorable little schnauzer named Sammy or Sami (Not sure how it's spelt.) and she's so cute!! ? Just be gentle around her because she doesn't have the best vision and she gets nervous easily and will bark at you. But she won't bite! <:) So, if you don't mind the extra drive coming from Dutchess County or you already live in the area choose this Total Wireless location. Maria is excellent and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! <:D It's also really convenient for my dad as well since he could stop here on his way home from work in Hawthorne to pay the bill. ? Come here for anything Total Wireless!! ? <:D”

“I had a 5-star experience today. Employee Josh was very helpful to me while also assisting other customers in both English and Spanish. He transferred my data over from my 1st Gen. iPhone SE to my refurbished S23 Ultra despite his initial concerns about not everything transferring. He was very upfront with me about these concerns and at no point did I feel like I was being given the run around. My apps didn't transfer (not an issue at all as I didn't have many installed to begin with) however all of my contacts, photos, and videos made it over in-tact. Thank you Josh!”

The young woman behind the desk took my phone and swapped out the old chip and put in the new chip before I even knew what happened. She tested it out and I was done in less than 10 minutes. “I went in today, because I had an overdue bill and my phone was cut off. An employee named Leeyah welcomed me with a big warm smile and immediately asked how she can help. I explained that my bill was due and I wouldn’t be able to pay it all, but I was willing to pay a large portion. Rather than take my money and send me on my way, she helped me to make a payment arrangement and saved me over a hundred bucks that I was prepared to give up. Also she made me aware of the in store service charges and encouraged and helped me service up from my phone. I’m thankful because I needed to lock up a few things for home and some other necessary items with that money,and she helped me get my phone back on without getting a dime out my pocket. I am really appreciative because a lot of places just “take your money and go”. But she was patient and worked me kindly to debit up from my phone. I am thankful for her warm welcoming personality and money saving advice. I was able to put that money to good use in other areas of my life and I am thankful to her.”
