“The best Total Wireless store I've been to yet!! Maria is lovely and very helpful. After nearly getting scammed by the Poughkeepsie store who wanted $450 to $500 for 5 new lines and then dropped it down to a still ridiculous amount of $225, Maria was able to give me all 5 lines on the Total Unlimited 5G+ plan for the true price of $160. And that included everything, taxes, fees, SIM Cards, everything. I have no idea why Poughkeepsie was so dishonest. But this is definitely the store to go to. Excellent and Friendly service, it was a really great experience. Maria also has an adorable little schnauzer named Sammy or Sami (Not sure how it's spelt.) and she's so cute!! ? Just be gentle around her because she doesn't have the best vision and she gets nervous easily and will bark at you. But she won't bite! <:) So, if you don't mind the extra drive coming from Dutchess County or you already live in the area choose this Total Wireless location. Maria is excellent and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! <:D It's also really convenient for my dad as well since he could stop here on his way home from work in Hawthorne to pay the bill. ? Come here for anything Total Wireless!! ? <:D”

“My review in 2020: I setup a repair appointment on the same day. George was a fantastic technician. He arrived at our house on time, was professional, and fixed both my phones in less than an hour. Low cost, efficient, and fast. A+. Try these guys. You won't regret it. I'm a repeat customer from 5 years ago. My review in 2015: They said it would take an hour to repair the broken glass cover of my iphone. It did. $75+/- including tax. Cheaper than taking it to a kiosk at the mall. Phone works great and like-new. Professional, courteous staff. I'll recommend to my friends!”

“I was actually considering changing mobile carriers since I had such a terrible experience at another Metro by T-Mobile location. I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.”

The young woman behind the desk took my phone and swapped out the old chip and put in the new chip before I even knew what happened. She tested it out and I was done in less than 10 minutes. In the past when I rented from other places I always happen to bumped into some issues for whatever reason, but now I was away for 2 weeks between multiple countries and everything was top notch…

“I had a 5-star experience today. Employee Josh was very helpful to me while also assisting other customers in both English and Spanish. He transferred my data over from my 1st Gen. iPhone SE to my refurbished S23 Ultra despite his initial concerns about not everything transferring. He was very upfront with me about these concerns and at no point did I feel like I was being given the run around. My apps didn't transfer (not an issue at all as I didn't have many installed to begin with) however all of my contacts, photos, and videos made it over in-tact. Thank you Josh!”
