“MJ went above and beyond any expectations of service. The shop closed at 5 on a Sunday and he was still helping me with the data transfer from my phone and pairing a new Apple Watch at 6:50pm. Didn’t just sell but was as tech savvy as Apple Genius Bar and reviewed all my Verizon plans to be sure I was in the best one financially and meeting my needs. If I could give 7 stars I would. I also noticed Roger another rep give excellent service to a couple that came in at 5 when the store was closing and remained with them till 6! And Roger Was Great Aswell”

“I went to this Verizon store when my phone had an issue that I was unable to resolve with the customer care representative through the Verizon Help Center. While I’d had an unhappy experience at this particular store in the past, I went back as the location was convenient and I had heard that there were different people working there now, nicer and more honest. And they were right. Chaim and Freddie were not only nice but very competent; and Avi, who replaced Freddie when he moved on to further his education, is equally nice and competent.Since then, Chaim, Freddie, and Avi have taken great care of me, which I especially appreciate since I have health issues that make it even more difficult for me to deal with the frustrations of electronic devices. I know that if I need help, all I have to do is call them. In fact, on many occasions they assisted me over the phone rather than have me come to the store, which is not always easy for me. They regularly go above and beyond, a quality that I feel has been disappearing in our culture these days, and in turn they have my loyalty as a customer.”

My GPS worked flawlessly and my phone never dropped a call. The MiFi hot spot powered my wife’s work laptop, her phone, son’s Nintendo connection, daughter’s apps at the same time with high speed.Costumer service via Whats App support was second to none. We were able to use two other phones over Wi-Fi on airplane mode in addition to the esim on mine.”

Low cost, efficient, and fast. A+. Try these guys. You won't regret it. I'm a repeat customer from 5 years ago. My review in 2015: They said it would take an hour to repair the broken glass cover of my iphone. It did. $75+/- including tax. Cheaper than taking it to a kiosk at the mall. I had a big issue with upgrading my phone and after spending two hours with a Verizon rep over the phone, I went to this location and was assisted by Tim! It took 4 hours to completely transfer and fix everything that the rep messed up and Tim was patient, kind, funny and so so helpful. He’s just an incredible guy with the funniest stories and i learned alot about current events too and his knowledge of so many other world events while waiting for the transfer!!I wish I had gone here to begin with! Do yourself a favor and just pay the $50 they charge you to do a smooth transfer if you need assistance. Don’t bother calling the reps as they really messed up my transfer! If you have any phone issues, Tim is your guy!! I couldn’t be more pleased with this location and working with Tim!!”
