I also noticed that several long term customers were greeted by first names and the exchanges were pleasant and personable .”
“I stop by about a month ago to inquire about availability, I met Karen and Jean.There was nothing available for the size I needed.This past Monday Jean called me to say a unit was available.
I went over there and Jean showed me around and the unit ..She was very sweet and very helpful and explained everything I needed to know plus..I will be fully moved in by the end of the month.
Karen and Jean are very nice and keep a very clean facility..”

I also felt safe and comfortable, which is notable when going into a large empty space alone. Staff were also helpful whenever I had questions or needed help (eg I forgot my access code).
