“Water had gotten into my trunk somehow. Unsure of how, I cleaned it the best I could but was still smelling an old stale water smell. I found Jack through his amazing reviews. He took my car and did a water leak detection test to make sure all steps were taken to prevent whatever happened from happening again. He found more water under a seat that would only be found due to persistence in completing a good job and not just giving my car a shampoo. I got it back after a few days of cleaning and drying like new. Car is cleaner than the day I got it. Would come back for any normal detailing or specialized work.”

“This is an excellent car wash, been frequenting this establishment for many years. It's very clear that the review that was posted yesterday is not a legitimate review. If a customer truly has an issue then the customer should first inform management and not post a FAKE review. Guess this individual does not realize that this type of rubbish does not help a business. Reviews are meant to commend a business and the quality of the service or if one is unhappy with the quality of service received after you've informed management and given them an opportunity to fix it. It's very clear that there WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE SERVICE. So why would you post a review that has nothing to do with the quality of the work performed. I am a regular customer of this establishment and I have NEVER seen in appropriate behavior. And if I ever were to see something that doesn't sit right with me I would speak in confidence to the manager, who I know is always ready, willing and able to meet to address anything that a customer is unhappy about. I WOULD NEVER MAKE A FAKE POST THAT DIRECTLY HURTS THE BUSINESS. CLEARLY, it's obvious who's behind this fake review.”

“I would like to answer a couple of the reviews that were left; to replace the token machines with ones that accept credit cards is approximately $27,000 installed as for the people who say they get yelled at while sitting in the bays while talking on their phones or drying their car in the bay while other people are waiting to get in and as for the guy who broke down there, I’m currently being sued for someone doing mechanical work on my property and him getting hurt if you’ve got a mechanical issue the car wash is not where you repair your vehicle
And finally, as for the guy who vandalized my car wash who got arrested after the police watched the video of his vandalism, the damage was $2500 and we only recouped $1500. If there’s any questions about that I’ll put the video up of him purposely vandalizing The machine. We try our best to keep everything functional and clean, but we have people coming in all hours of the night, damaging our property, sucking up beach towels into the vacuums and trying to jam, slugs or other such coins into the token machines,if people just follow the directions

“This car wash is absolutely the best one I been to lately, it took about 20 minutes. As they are handwashing the outside of the car someone else is vaccumm every corner of the inside/trunk. Then they put the car in the machine to get another outside handwash. Mats, dashboard, tires and the whole care were left brilliant. They move the seats forward and backwards to vaccumm all under there(many places don't do this) $38 tax included. Def will be coming back.”
