“The store is very clean and organized. A large variety of different items. There is only cashiers in the front of the store and there was not enough, creating a very large line. Self checkout was closed that would have speeded up the checkout process if it was open. Spent over 20 minutes on line checking out.”

“My recent visit to TJ Maxx was quite positive overall. The staff was extremely helpful in guiding us to the right aisles to find what we were looking for. However, I did notice that there was a shortage of cashiers, resulting in long lines at the checkout. Despite this minor inconvenience, the service remained friendly and efficient, which was appreciated. The store offers a great selection of articles at reasonable prices, making it a fantastic shopping destination. Overall, I had a good experience at TJ Maxx and would recommend it to others”
“You can never go wrong shopping at this store, t shirts, jeans,I knew that I had a wedding in the family for so long, I waited until the day before to look for a new shut, my wife said let's go to Kohls. I got the perfect siut that fitted like perfect. Another convenience is that if we have to return anything for Amazon, go to Kohls, but every time I go there, something is different like less cashier and there is not that many people shopping, must be the sign of the time! Many of these big stores can't afford to be open,”

The staff are mostly older people that know and care about their products and customers. “I was able to get everything I wanted but, I waste a lot of time trying to find someone with a key to open the nicotine cabinet and then I have to show proof of age when I check out. If I have to show proof of age when I check out, then why do they keep the nicotine gum locked up.”

“This place is like Marshall’s, except that it is clean and well stocked and has plenty of employees on the floor and quick cashiers. Very bright and well organized, super clean, and nicely merchandised. Definitely and up-scale feel when compared to similar businesses. All shelves are full and all flooring is devoid of merchandise. Bathrooms in the back. Lots of parking out front. Nice place.”

Christina went above and beyond to help me find a pair of capris for my mom when I wasn't having any luck. as I got to the register there were two pairs there waiting for me of the color in the size that I was looking for. Can't thank her enough. The other associate when I did my return was extremely helpful and checking out at the register the associate was friendly and helpful.”

Some of the stuff I saw was stained, ripped and/or missing buttons. Kinda messy,but the staff was friendly and helpful. I love the clothes I did buy.”

There are alot of practical home cleaners and household goods, but I had a bad experience buying a steel pole fan from them.It broke to easily in pieces after I brought it to my apartment. But the rugs they carry, paper goods, tablecloths and other domestic items are great. To much to mention here.”
