“The best I have experienced! I have been to several different laundromats usually switching because they don’t live up to what they advertise or the customer service is nonexistant.From the moment I arrived at Colonial Springs I stepped in the door and proceeded to look for a cart. The young lady quickly asked me if I needed help. She directed me to the carts. I gathered 3 of the 6 bags I brought with me and went in. I loaded my washers yet still needed assistance getting it started. The same young lady came to my rescue. She pleasantly told me her name- they call me Jazz (short for Jasmine) she says with a big smile and giggles at me putting my debit card where my laundry card would go. ? She quickly assists me as we laugh about it together. Then she convinces me tj just wash all I brought with me. Hey! I am here already. Why not? She was right. I gathered the remaining bags. By this time, Ya arrived to switch with Jazz. They completely explained the Laundry Card process and benefits. I was impressed! Ya was there to help at any point if I needed it and with a smile. It was never a problem. The laundromat was clean and the machines as well. I have my card which still has several free Dry cycles left on it and the dreadful thoughts I used to have when it came to laundry are less LOLLL…. It’s still not my favorite task. Colonial Springs - Jazz and Ya made the experience pleasant and easy to navigate.If you are looking for a laundromat that is well worth the trip (I drove from Westbury to Wheatley Heights) to experience Jazz and Ya along with equally friendly customers in the laundromat. Everyone was friendly!And…. My clothes are fresh and clean too!!Thank you!!!!”

“I am a new customer and wanted to write about my first experience here. We recently had a death in the family and my son needed his suit in a hurry for the. funeral. The cleaners that I had been using for years would not help me out. I came to Hom's one hour before closing and asked if they could help me out and just steam the suit, so my son could wear it in the morning. The gentleman (maybe the owner) said, " no problem". He acted like it was no big deal at all. It was so kind of him to treat me that way, being that I wasn't even a customer. Well, all I can say is now I am!”

Clothes come out great & smell much better than doing it at home . They have an app where you can pay for the machines instead of using quarters . Been coming here for a while now & I don’t plan on stopping”
“I was on my way to a wedding reception when a Starbucks barista spilled a cappuccino all over my dress. I came into this dry cleaners in tears and in shambles. Not only did they stay open 30 minutes late, but they cleaned my dress in under an hour so we could make it to the reception in time. They truly saved the day and I could not be more grateful!! “This dry cleaners is really great. The woman who owns it alwsys greets you with a smile. I always bring my clothing there and everything turns out great. Also i brought them curtains that had a stain and i was afraid they had to be thrown out and they amazingly cleaned them perfectly.”

“The laundromat was modern and well-maintained. One of the things I really appreciated was their cashless system, which made doing laundry much more convenient. They accept credit card and Apple Pay, which made it easy to pay for my loads of laundry without having to worry about getting cash or coins.The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. The only downside was that there weren't enough dryers available. I had to wait a little while for a dryer to open up, but aside from that, everything was great.Overall, I would definitely recommend SuperSudz in Brentwood to anyone looking for a convenient and reliable laundromat. “I saw some of the reviews of the guy who works at the front for being rude but it is absolutely not true! I don’t know the other’s feedback but I can utterly tell as a regular customer that me and my family have got a great service from him all the time and he has a good manner! As someone claimed in the reviews that the man in the front did not care about the lost items is true since the shop doesn’t take responsibility for the lost items in the first place!! You need to come back and find your own items instead of giving a call if you think you left it! Plus, the machines are clean and I’ve always had a positive experience from both workers and the shop for years!!”
“Crazy busy in the afternoon and evening. The best time to ho is during the day closer to morning time and after 11pm. You have to pay for the dryer even if you wash your clothe for $25 per 15minutes but atheist they come out really dry.”
