“Completed everything online through CarGurus! Auto Find and Nick are GREAT! He was always available to assist me with the purchase! He’s a man of his word! He offered to deliver the car! I flew from Bristol Tn to JFk took Uber to Auto Find dealership! Nick had everything ready! Car in showroom condition! In 15 minutes I was on the road home in our like new 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman S All4!

I retract my review!
The car I bought had a problem with the engine! In the end cost me almost $2000 out of my pocket to repair!
I called Nick several times!
He tried to work it out to get it fixed! I took the mini cooper to our mechanic for diagnostics!
I sent word to Nick and Auto find - I could get it fixed here in Bristol for about $600 maybe lil more!
They decided I needed to send the car back to New York!
Sent a car hauler Tractor Trailer to pick it up!
They said after bout 2-3 weeks couldn’t find anything wrong!
Sent car back!
I’ll include photos of what my car looked like upon arrival home!
They informed me in order to get it back home I had to pay for the return trip!
Almost $600 ! I did!
As soon as We drove it 15 minutes the malfunction light came back on!
I had my guys fix car here for $600 and it runs great!
Nick promised me the moon and back!
Said he would pay for my flight to New York from Bristol Tenn and my Uber from airport!
Haven’t seen a dime!!!!
If you buy from these guys better get it in writing and hav a lawyer look it over!
