“On October 10th. We took our BMW X6 to New City Auto Spa and Tints to be washed and detailed. At first, Augustin explained to my husband the benefits of getting a ceramic coating on the car. Then, he demo’d exactly what he meant.
Fast forward to when it was time to see the big reveal…our jaws dropped! Whose car is this my husband asked? The work that Augustin and his crew provided was IMPECCABLE! The car looked better than it did when he first purchased it directly off the showroom floor! It was absolutely gorgeous! Incredible! Fantastic! It looked like black glass! The shine on the exterior is NEXT-LEVEL.

Lets start with the owner John...I have always found it to be that the most successful businesses are generally run by those who are passionate about their work. Well, John is quite the enthusiast. So when my wife banged up a rental car's bumper a bit in a parking lot and autobody shops quoted me 1,000's for an emergency fix by my rental due date I checked my detailing guys at Hi-Tech. For a FRACTION of other quotes and God only knows what magic they conjured up with heat, paint, and wax, they took my rental on super late notice and within ONE DAY brought that bumper back to BRAND NEW condition. Returned that rental back with zero issue from the company! Thank you! You already had me as a lifelong customer for great previous work but now for sure!”
