This Best Buy Store ln the palisades CenterMall Nyack NY. It is very depressing and not an enjoyable experience. There is nothingOn the shelves and the stuff that they do have is laying on the shelves like garbageAnd when you're in the store walking around trying to buy something, it smells like someone took a dump on the carpetsI will never shop there again. The products offered are excellent and reasonably priced, BUT the drawback lies in their unfavorable price match/adjust/return policy, which allows only 15 days. I recently made a $1600 television purchase, and just 18 days later, the price saw a $120 drop. Unfortunately, the company refused to provide a refund or store credit for the difference. I emphasized that if I had purchased at Amazon or Costco, I would have had a more accommodating 30-day ++ window for price adjustments or returns. Adding to the frustration, their customer service, now based in the Philippines, has been subpar. Needless to say, I will no longer be purchasing at Best Buy. There are so many other better options with more reasonable policies.

This is a very clean and organized store, but I waited a long time to check out with only two ethernet cables and the store was virtually empty! Staff needs customer service training on how to better service their customers!

Went there to buy a laptop. After buying it, was sent over to Geek Squad to set it up and was helped by Serafino. He was absolutely great! Took the time explain things and answered our questions. Gave great customer service to us. I recomend him for help if you go there!
