“I really loved this book store that has DVDs, Books, Comics & Manga, this book store is just for you if you want to buy the best books ever made In Palisades Center Mall”

“PROS: This Barnes n Noble is located conveniently inside of the mall in its own little section. It was a Starbucks inside, and two entrances if I'm not mistaken. For your kids their is a kid section and for all you music lovers they have an area exclusively for CDs and records. CONS: Compared to other Barns & Nobles this one is way smaller with less inventory. The worst part is that it's understaffed and I can never get someone at the customer service counter OVERALL: If you just so happen to be in the mall then go to this one, but I would prefer a stand alone Barnes N Noble any day”

“Although I m trying to wean myself away from buying books, since I recently acquired a library card, when I do buy one, it is always through Transom. I am a strong believer in supporting local businesses and this particular business is owned and staffed by thoughtful, helpful, knowledgable people. I love that I have an electronic connection with them; I always pay when I order and just wait for their email message.Go Transom!!”

“A Big Thank You To Raven & Kerry!!!I called about a very specific boardgame, online it showed there was one left in stock. I called and spoke with Raven. She was very nice on the phone and took several minutes to look intensely for the boardgame. Unfortunately, she was not able to find it, but said that Kerry would also look for it. Raven asked if Kerry could call me back and I was happy that she went the extra mile to do that for me. Less than an hour later, Kerry called back and was happy to inform me that he found what I was looking for. I was very appreciative. Then he proceeds to help ship the boardgame to me. What wonderful service both Raven and Kerry provided. I am very happy and grateful!”

“What a wonderful little bookstore / addition to the black cow coffee shop. One stop shopping, if you will. This shop has a really nice selection of books from the most popular, to children's books and beyond. I was not here to necessarily shop for books (this day) but will keep them in mind when I'm in the area again. Great addition to this small town!”

“The new location is truly impressive. It wasn’t what I expected; it was more stunning than anticipated. They reorganized it in a way where you can roam around more freely stumbling on interesting sections including gifts and memorabilia. I will definitely come back with the kids. Finally they also brought back some seating! I know a few locations that got rid of seating and you can barely review books. So here you can relax a bit to check out some books or while your family or friends look around. The cafe seating was also really large and looked really nice! I didn’t try it because they seemed to be having a lot of difficulty with orders. I overheard one man asking for several items but they were unavailable including basic coffee. They should work on that. Aside from that it’s truly a nice location.”

“My daughter received her bachelors and stayed for her Masters. The dealings I had with them were positive too. If you're looking for a wild, party college this is not that. But, if you want small classes, personalized attention and assistance and good friends...this would be your place. The grounds, facilities, and dorms are nice. Plus, NYC is so close.”

“RCC is New York State's top ranked two year school for many reasons; it's incredibly well kept; the staff/faculty are conscientious; there is a wide array of course offerings; and it's in a convenient location. The HSE/GED exam is also held here, so RCC has plenty of adult learners. There is also an on campus day care center for students with families. I'm a proud 2011 alumnus, and I recommend you give RCC a try.”

“Wonderful store, located in a beautiful town, which was lovely to walk around. Had the honor of meeting Bob Odenkirk on Oct. 8th. The event was well organized, staff was friendly and I will have smiles for days. Highly recommended as a great location to meet and get your books signed. Well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive.”

“My husband and j would come here when we were dating, 5 years ago and we've made a trip to come back every year to take the same photo. We love the charm and smell that this book shop has. There's nothing like walking in and looking for a book.”

“Ordered my husband some books that had got returned due to nudity and also what the jail considered gang related. The mail room at the jail gave me a hard time. First I called Special Needs and they sent my husband proof of delivery to go along with his grievance and that is when we found out it was returned, i called a couple weeks later and the representative Darin who handles the online orders was great. He was able to find the order and credit my account so I can order immediately. Thank you for assisting me.”
