Absolutely amazing experience at Build-A-Bear! Every single staff member was so kind, patient, and genuinely interested in making our visit special from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about creating memories, not just selling bears. The energy, smiles, and attention to detail made it such a worthwhile and fun experience — both for kids and adults! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and a heartwarming time. 🧸💫

Had a great experience at Build A Bear (Palisades Mall Location). James and the team were awesome. The staff was friendly and welcoming right from the beginning. Couldn’t ask for a better experience and hope we can find James again the next time.

Have and Pablo are extremely professional and helpful. No sales pitch treated my graddaughter as of she was royalty and the only one on the store. I highly recommend this store.

Just went Monday afternoon and purchased an adorable Pikachu with a graduation cap and gown. The sales associate was very helpful and humorous.

I want to show gratitude to James (manager), who works in the builder-bear-workshop at the Palisades Mall, by far one of the most patient employees I've encountered. I felt comfortable and would consider returning to this particular store due to the high quality of customer service provided with an upbeat attitude and great energy. If every retail store had a clone of James, then retail therapy would mean shopping just for a positive interaction. outstanding!

Went in with the intention of buying the kitten bear for my niece’s birthday as a gift. An employee outright refused me from purchasing it, saying “we can’t sell it unless your niece is physically there.” Nowhere in the policies is this explicitly stated. Had an awkward interaction and left disappointed.

We took my 9 month old son here for the first time, and I cannot even begin to express how amazing Elliott was! He was energetic, sweet, engaging, funny, caring, and you could tell he loved his job. My son had the best time, loves his bear, and it was all because of Elliott and his love for his job! Thank you so much!

The best customer service <3 my daughter wanted a plush mini Milk stuffed animal, who was sold out everywhere. The store associates and, manger, James went above and beyond to get my daughter the plush friend she wished for. They made calls to other stores and got her plush bestie transported to the store. My daughter is so happy with her new bestie Plush toy, She felt so special. We truly appreciate all the effort and time the store took to put a smile on my daughters face. THANK YOU!

We had the most amazing time!!! We came in a group of 7 with only two kids. Pablo, Tim and Nick were very accommodating. They made sure that we were all attended to. We will definitely be back again! Super shout out to Pablo, he’s got awesome interpersonal skills and was definitely a vibe! If I could give 50 stars for overall experience, they would have it! Thanks again!
