“These guys work hard! Day in day out. Has the pandemic taught us nothing? Have some patience, be polite, be respectful to others and you will get treated with respect. These people complain about the littlest of things. I’ve seen people talk down to and abuse the staff that works there. If someone comes into your place of business/ work and disrespects you(bad reviews) how would you handle it? Exactly. Stop being disrespectful towards the staff there due to the color or their skin. Stop using your privilege to justify your infantile behavior. For the life of GOD these people worked day in and day out during the pandemic. While your privilege narcissistic behinds stay home getting fat, lazy, mindless on how to treat other humans with respect. West Nyack Post Office You Rock !!!!”
“The staff at this UPS Store are consistently helpful, professional, and a pleasure to be with.
I especially want to recognize one young man whose name I wish I knew. He stands out. He is knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, and has an impressive ability to understand what a customer needs and find the best way to help.
I have a traumatic brain injury, and as a result I can sometimes be slow processing information or forgetful. Even with a long line of customers waiting behind me, he has never once lost patience, rushed me, or made me feel lesser than anyone else. He simply gives me the time I need and helps me get things done. That kind of respect, kindness, and understanding means more than I can articulate.
There was a customer who came in while I was there, he must have had hundreds of pounds of items of ship. He came in with a dozen or more containers. You could tell he was on overwhelm and becoming frustrated.The young man defused the situation immediately- offering the man water! Just so smart, strategic and kind!
He has a natural ability to lead. If he is not already in management, he should be. I could easily see him overseeing multiple locations as a regional manager. UPS would be wise to recognize his talent and give him opportunities to advance.

“I always drop off my packages here in haverstraw drop off, and Roger is absolutely the best. He is incredibly fast, efficient, and always greets everyone with a smile. He makes a quick chore the best part of my day. If you need to drop off a package, look for Roger! He is always so patient and kind. Eric is also a great worker as well and very helpful. Thanks to them they make drop offs very convenient, even when I come to drop almost 20+ packages he takes his time and treats everyone with kindness.”
“Was running late they had just closed and needed to pick up access point package that was medication they refused. My medication better be okay! I'm really upset usually no issues here but wow.
Edit: After checking with my home delivery pharmacist and the timing of the delivery they informed me picking up next day will be ok. I was super worried as medication needs to be in fridge...and we all know medication is not cheap! I will say that the guy following procedures could have been nicer instead of annoyed. I do understand you're closed but no reason to be rude.”
“You cannot cancel your mailbox while there is still mail in it. So, when the time came, iPostal in Seattle ignored my request to discard my mail and left it in my box for weeks when it normally takes a few days at the most. Then iPostal charged my credit card for another year of service. Nevertheless, they now have my $99.99 and I have no remote mailbox. How is that not a scam?”

“Highly recommend !! We've gone to Nicole's Reproductions for printing signage, posters, invitations and more for family gatherings such as birthday parties, bridal/baby showers, etc.
Their expertise and excellent customer service can't compare to using an online printing service or somewhere like Staples/CVS where it can easily be printed the wrong size, blurry, etc.”

“I had a great experience at the Staples in Paramus, specifically for my TSA PreCheck enrollment. The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I was in and out in less than five minutes. The employee assisting me was both highly knowledgeable and personable, making what could have been a tedious chore an absolute breeze.
The staff overall is kind and helpful, which makes for a welcoming store environment. The only drawback is that the inventory feels a bit shallow in certain areas; the store seems heavy on items like computer printers and paper shredders but is light on other categories. Still, for the excellent service and efficient TSA setup, it is a very good store.”

“This place is a very central location and drop offs are easy. They don’t open until 9:30 AM so be aware if you’re trying to do any early morning shipping drop off.
They recently changed owners and while the service remains largely unchanged. The friendliness definitely leave something to be desired.
It would be nice to be greeted or even acknowledged when you walk in like it used to be. Friendliness aside, it does the job.”

“I’ve been coming to this Post Office Monday through Friday for the past 10 years, and the improvement over the last few months has been incredible. Since the new Postmaster, Ms. Masia, stepped in, everything runs so much more efficiently.
Ms. Soniya at the counter is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming with a smile. It really makes a difference when you’re there regularly.
Another huge bonus is the newly designated parking specifically for the post office, which makes visits even more convenient.

My local post office was closed on Saturday and she helped me in a stressful situation. She took down my information in case the package did come back to her location. This morning, Telisha gave me a call to let me know South Hackensack had loaded it on the truck and it would be delivered today. She went above and beyond to help me and I’m very grateful for her amazing customer service!”
“This particular store has really wonderful staff. They help you, they're kind. Their energy is fantastic, although it is a several miles away from me, I will go back to that Staples. It should be almost like a training hub for new employees to see how customers can be treated provided service and given information to make it an overall productive experience.”

“I’m confused by the bad reviews. I go there all the time, have for years now, and everyone is always kind, not just to me, but to every other customer while I have been there. Even when I have made mistakes with my Amazon returns, they have always been gracious about explaining things to me. Every UPS store I have ever been to charges for packing something for you if it’s not “no box no label.” The woman who works there helped me with color prints for my classroom, and when they didn’t come out right because I had sent them in the wrong format, she happily reprinted them free of charge. Maybe the poor reviews are from people who don’t like that the workers wear masks? Or they don’t like ever being told no, even if it’s done politely? Or there’s another reason, which I suspect but won’t post here? Whatever your issue, I simply don’t believe that these nice people were rude like some of the stories here say.”

“I don't know why these guys get a bad rep. People are human. Customers should understand that everyone has bad days, this location I think gets the most of Rockland's BS. Them being open late 7 days a week and open weekends, even Sunday till 7pm...Having to do all the passports. Everyone says this post office is rude and I've never had a problem here. I've met every single employee and dealt with them even during some difficult packages. Sometimes you can get an attitude, or you can tell someone dealt with a a difficult customer before you, so you don't get any smiles... But try not to take things personally. This post office is overworked and under appreciated. Drop off your package and go about your day. Forgot your tape? Don't ask them to borrow any. Buy your own. Come prepared. Do everything you can to make it a better experience and easier for both parties. 😊”
