“I got a flat on a new tire, but I drove on it too long before noticing. The sidewalls were damaged. They evaluated the tire and determined I needed a new one. They didn't have a matching tire in the store, but I left the old tire and rim and they had it replaced and balanced early the next morning, sooner than promised. The service was great and the person was helpful and pleasant.”

“Perry was the fourth detailing place I called this morning trying to get an urgent appointment to rid my car of the rotting food smell after spilling compost liquid in it yesterday. He was able to get me in this afternoon after some finagling with his schedule. Not only that, but he did an excellent job in just under 3 hours this afternoon - even got rid of the dog hair that’s been in my stuck on the fabric in my trunk for 4 years - and the compost stench is gone! He gave me a recommendation for a spray in case it comes back and also offered to run the ozonator in there longer if need be next week. He was super helpful and kind, and I think the price ($173 including tax) was more than fair (though I’ve never had this happen before so I have no source of comparison). Highly recommend. “While I was staying in Hudson Valley for most of September but my van started to consistently die if left undriven for a day. Far away from my regular mechanics in Philly I had to take a chance on someone in the area so I chose Hans on the recommendation of a few Reddit users. While it did take the whole day to diagnose my issue, they figured out a small electrical issue had been continuously draining my battery over time. The price of parts and labor was minimal compared to what I thought it was going to cost. I couldn’t have been happier!”
“I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor.
