“I live in Peekskill but always use this Buchanan post office. The clerk is friendly, helpful and respectful. The mail gets to where it is supposed to go, and seems to travel a wee bit faster than mail out of Peekskill. So far I have not lost any mail leaving from Buchanan. I have lost a lot from Peekskill. Having said all that, I do like my Peekskill mailman, Eric who is great, but don’t like using the post office.”
“Numerous times stopping in to buy stamps or ship out packages or using indoor or outdoor mailboxes. Staff members friendly and courteous and professional. Sometimes there are long lines especially when it gets busy. Overall experiences have been good.”

“I'm always happy to run to Staples for needed supplies and equipment. They have a great website & app, but I have a store five minutes from home, so I don't always internet shop. The teller was very helpful connecting me to my coupon on the app. She had so much patience, which is rare these days.”

When I came to the office to inquire about the parcels' whereabouts, she was incredibly kind and quick to help us figure out a solution. By the next day, our items showed up on our doorstep. “The FedEx is in in Walmart, and does get busy. But the employees are courteous and do their best to speed up. Desiree is an associate working here and she is very helpful. She was managing some of the disgruntled customers who were not happy with fedex prices for overnight shipping with a smile. Not her fault. The location also has printers for printing and is stocked with supplies. Highly recommend this location.”
