“If I could give these guys more than a 5 star I would. They always do such a great job and really go above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone and everyone in need of car repair. As long as I'm around the capital region I'm not going anywhere else for most car issues.”

“Had an amazing experience with Lazzaro’s Auto Body Shop. It was my first accident and they took the time to walk me through the process to answer all the questions I had. Matt really went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of all updates with my vehicle. They were very accommodating for pick up and drop off times. If you ever need a place to take your car to be worked on this is the place to do it.”

“I had an excellent experience at Cole’s Collision. Brad clearly communicated the timeline and estimate, and the receptionist, Jayden, was attentive and answered all my questions promptly. My car even came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I’m very pleased with their service. Hopefully I won’t need more repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll 100% bring my car back to Cole’s.”

“Pat and his guys are so quick and professional. Had my car in and out in a day looking literally brand new. Even ran it through the wash. I know absolutely nothing about cars and had never been in an accident before. Pat walked me through the whole process with my insurance and what to expect. Couldn’t recommend them enough!”

“Outstanding work for phenomenal price. Went in for a hit and run that wrecked my front fender & mirror. Brian went out of his way to order a new mirror when the original that sent was not up to par. I was also surprised with a cleaned & buffed car upon pickup. Posting this review several months to show how great the work has held up. Couldn’t recommend enough.”

“A little gesture goes a long way. My license plate fell off- and I’m a college girl so I don’t know much about how to fix it. Came to the closest auto shop and that’s when the nice gentleman working at the front desk helped me mount it back up in no time and free of charge. These are the things that make you gain a new client! You can tell the workers care for their clients and that makes an auto shop stand out. I will definitely be coming here moving forward.”

465 Hays Road, Rensselaer NY 12144
“Recently I found myself in an incident with my car. Looked around to see where I could get the car looked at and came across Reilly's. From the first interaction the conversations were always pleasant and ready to help. Libby was super personable and kept me updated throughout the process. Unfortunately the car was determined a total loss through insurance and when I went to pick up the plates and remaining belongings everyone was very supportive and gave me assistance in removing my dashcam from the car so I wouldn't lose it. While I hope to not find myself in a similar situation again, if I ever need anyone to look at my car for any form of collision damage, these guys will be my go-to spot. Thank you for assisting me during this whole thing.”

598 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush NY 12061
“Rob H. was absolutely fantastic! He installed a new battery for me on a very cold day and truly went above and beyond. The old battery was difficult to remove, but he didn’t rush it at all — he took the time to do it right and even cleaned everything out thoroughly before installing the new one. On top of his professionalism and skill, Rob was just a really nice guy to work with: friendly, patient, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone.”

745 Pawling Ave, Troy NY 12180
“This is, by very far, the best auto parts store in which I have ever shopped. All too often, the staff at an auto parts store will be dismissive and unwelcoming. I have the exact opposite experience every single time I visit this location. Every staff member I have dealt with is cordial, polite, and friendly. There are auto parts stores closer to my house, but the crew here makes the extra few miles more then worth it.”

563 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush NY 12061
“Jeremy at Advance Auto Parts was absolutely amazing! My car wouldn’t start because the battery had died, and he went above and beyond to help me. He changed the battery for me, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process, and made what could have been a really stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Jeremy genuinely cared about helping and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Thank you again for turning a bad day into a much better one!”

“Getting harder to find parts for classic cars. Through NAPA I order online and they will have part brought to your store for pick up in a few days. No shipping. Which is ALOT faster and less expensive than online ordering and paying for Ground shipping or 2nd day which always ends up being 4 days. Give them a try!!!”

“If you're looking for a good and honest mechanic with excellent customer service, then this is the shop to go to. I came in with a broken tail light, and while they had to order the part, it took only a day to get. Once they got the part, it only took them a couple of hours to replace it, and I was back on the road the same day. Can't recommend enough.”
