“I had an excellent experience at Cole’s Collision. Brad clearly communicated the timeline and estimate, and the receptionist, Jayden, was attentive and answered all my questions promptly. My car even came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I’m very pleased with their service. Hopefully I won’t need more repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll 100% bring my car back to Cole’s.”

“A little gesture goes a long way. My license plate fell off- and I’m a college girl so I don’t know much about how to fix it. Came to the closest auto shop and that’s when the nice gentleman working at the front desk helped me mount it back up in no time and free of charge. These are the things that make you gain a new client! You can tell the workers care for their clients and that makes an auto shop stand out. I will definitely be coming here moving forward.”
“Recently I found myself in an incident with my car. Looked around to see where I could get the car looked at and came across Reilly's. From the first interaction the conversations were always pleasant and ready to help. Libby was super personable and kept me updated throughout the process. Unfortunately the car was determined a total loss through insurance and when I went to pick up the plates and remaining belongings everyone was very supportive and gave me assistance in removing my dashcam from the car so I wouldn't lose it. While I hope to not find myself in a similar situation again, if I ever need anyone to look at my car for any form of collision damage, these guys will be my go-to spot. Thank you for assisting me during this whole thing.”
“Rob H. was absolutely fantastic! He installed a new battery for me on a very cold day and truly went above and beyond. The old battery was difficult to remove, but he didn’t rush it at all — he took the time to do it right and even cleaned everything out thoroughly before installing the new one.
On top of his professionalism and skill, Rob was just a really nice guy to work with: friendly, patient, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone.”

“This is, by very far, the best auto parts store in which I have ever shopped. All too often, the staff at an auto parts store will be dismissive and unwelcoming. I have the exact opposite experience every single time I visit this location. Every staff member I have dealt with is cordial, polite, and friendly. There are auto parts stores closer to my house, but the crew here makes the extra few miles more then worth it.”
“Jeremy at Advance Auto Parts was absolutely amazing! My car wouldn’t start because the battery had died, and he went above and beyond to help me. He changed the battery for me, was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process, and made what could have been a really stressful situation so much easier.
It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Jeremy genuinely cared about helping and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Thank you again for turning a bad day into a much better one!”

Which is ALOT faster and less expensive than online ordering and paying for Ground shipping or 2nd day which always ends up being 4 days. Give them a try!!!”

“If you're looking for a good and honest mechanic with excellent customer service, then this is the shop to go to. I came in with a broken tail light, and while they had to order the part, it took only a day to get. Once they got the part, it only took them a couple of hours to replace it, and I was back on the road the same day. Can't recommend enough.”
“My windshield wiper snapped in half during a surprise snowstorm and Michael B genuinely saved us! We went in and he promptly asked what car we had, got the proper blade, and installed it within minutes. Extremely thankful for his knowledge and kindness!
