“I had purchased a used Subaru Crosstrek this year and it is my first time owning a Subaru. Naturally, because it is a used vehicle (2018) I knew that I would need some upkeep and repairs done and was looking for an independent shop around Long Island. The team at T&W Auto are great, and even though I live an hour away, I do not mind making the trek out to their shop to have my Subaru serviced. Warren and Will are very easy to talk to, knowledgable, and they are very good in terms of providing me advice on the necessary repairs that my car needs. I recommend T&W Auto Inc to all as they are very professional and do a great job.”

“Brought my car in because another mechanic misdiagnosed a problem. This shop found the problem and fixed it. They had the car about a day and a half. They were nice to me every time I called to see the progress.”

“I am so happy I found this place. I’ve been searching for a reliable repair shop for my RV for months and these guys are incredible. I have a band and we go on tour frequently. We had come back from a tour in early August, scheduled to tour again late August. We were trying to get an alignment, got turned away from one place, and priced out of another. within two days, and less than a week until we had to leave for the tour, these guys got our RV driving so smooth for a very reasonable price in record time. Been driving for about 7 hours and our RV has never felt better. Smoother, quieter, no issues whatsoever. We will absolutely come back to Island Wide for all of our future repairs!”

“I was recently referred to Ossie’s Auto, and I’m very glad I took the recommendation. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism, cleanliness, and overall customer service. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and inviting, with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and snacks. It was a nice touch that made the wait pleasant. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. They clearly explained the maintenance my vehicle needed and took the time to answer my questions. What I appreciated most was that they never pressured me into making unnecessary repairs. Instead, they provided honest recommendations and explained what I may want to consider addressing in the future, allowing me to make an informed decision. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable, especially compared with what I have experienced at the dealership, where similar services were considerably more expensive. While waiting, I spoke with another customer who had been referred by a coworker after getting a quick oil change a few days earlier. She told me her coworker had assured her that she would be pleased with the service and that the process would be quick. She arrived after me and was actually finished before I was - which made perfect sense since my vehicle required additional work beyond a standard oil change. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Ossie’s Auto. The knowledgeable service, honest recommendations, reasonable pricing, and genuine customer care all in a timely manner really stood out and impressed me! I would highly recommend Ossie’s Auto to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional auto repair shop! I will definitely be returning for my future automotive needs!!!”

“Steve and his crew are top notch. I had a good friend come over from Connecticut and had an issue with his truck while here on the Island. I called Nico's way and fully knowing they had a completely booked day, they got him in and repaired the truck so he could get back home that night. The part needed was not available at any local autoparts store so Steve took his personal vehicle to pick up the part to get the job done. Everyone worries about where to go for an honest, upfront, go out of their way for their customers repair shop.. well here it is. Thank you again Steve and the crew!”

“I brought my Jeep in with a very severe death wobble and honestly expected to leave with a huge repair bill costing thousands. Instead, the team was honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly by diagnosing it as a couple loose steering drag link bolts that just needed tightening. They also took care of an oil change, and my total bill was only $141. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that is this trustworthy and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. My Jeep drives great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!!!”

“Recommend by a close friend for major repairs to the front end of my beloved Chevy Spark. My wife and I live in the City but we were able to make all the arrangements over the phone. They were awesome with communication leading up to and during the repair which took less than 24 hrs to get finished. I will be using this shop moving forward for all my future needs.”

“I had a great experience at Barnwell House of Tires. I came in for a brand new set of tires and they got everything mounted and balanced quickly at a very fair price. The staff was friendly, professional, and had me in and out faster than I expected. It’s hard to find honest, efficient service these days, but these guys delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone who needs tires. and The will rotate the tires for you for free after you hit a certain amount of miles which is a pretty cool Deal in my opinion 🙏🏻 Thank you guys it’s much appreciated”

“My car died on me on the way home with my baby in the car and I needed a mechanic I could trust and didn’t have time to do alot of research. Tim came recommended in one of my neighborhood groups on Facebook and I remembered the recommendation someone left for him and I called him immediately. I’m so glad I did. Tim was honest, quick and considerate. He kept in touch with me the whole time and I’ll be going back to him for the routine maintenance of my car instead of the dealer like I usually do.”

“I’ve known Q for sometime now. I generally work on my own vehicles but sometimes there just isn’t enough time in the day. Q is my go too for those moments. He’s honest, fair priced and communicative. He cares. He stands behind his work as well. To often do customers walk out of repair shops feeling like they got robbed, but with him it’s always reasonable.”
