Naturally, because it is a used vehicle (2018) I knew that I would need some upkeep and repairs done and was looking for an independent shop around Long Island. The team at T&W Auto are great, and even though I live an hour away, I do not mind making the trek out to their shop to have my Subaru serviced. Warren and Will are very easy to talk to, knowledgable, and they are very good in terms of providing me advice on the necessary repairs that my car needs. I recommend T&W Auto Inc to all as they are very professional and do a great job.”

“I could not be happier with the service and professionalism I experienced with High End Collision. I was rear-ended and needed a bumper replacement and some touch up paint applied. High End was one of the auto body repair shops that the insurance company recommended. From the very first phone call with Sean, I knew I was going to receive excellent service. High End kept me updated along the way and the repair and paint was perfect! Debbie in the office was also a pleasure. An honest and competent automobile technician is hard to find. What a breath of fresh air. The owner is there and is aware of everything going on in his shop. He wrenches on the cars himself also, working right along his employees who are lucky to be there learning from him how to be an honest and successful business owner. A class act all the way. Honest, forthright, and accommodating, he's my mechanic for life.
My former mechanic was in syosset, and I would drop my car off and take the train home to stonybrook. We worked together for 30+ years until he passed away. This young man is from the same mold, and he's much closer to my home. I'm am fortunate to have found him. He worked on my CRV and Jetta. Problems corrected. No pressure or even a subtle hint that I should do unnecessary work. Just an honest mechanic, worth his weight in gold.
Update: I've been to him at least another half a dozen times for work and inspections, and all the work is done perfectly and quickly. I just had him do a pre-sale inspection and fluid change. His administrator Cathy is also competent and nice to deal with. I just cant say enough great things about Ryan and his staff of technicians.
Update 2: Just had another visit for some A/C problems it was diagnosed and repaired in a day. It was not what I thought it was and Ryan and his techs found the actual problem and fixed it at a fair price. Thank you fellas.”

“I am so happy I found this place. I’ve been searching for a reliable repair shop for my RV for months and these guys are incredible.
I have a band and we go on tour frequently. We had come back from a tour in early August, scheduled to tour again late August. We were trying to get an alignment, got turned away from one place, and priced out of another. within two days, and less than a week until we had to leave for the tour, these guys got our RV driving so smooth for a very reasonable price in record time.
Been driving for about 7 hours and our RV has never felt better. Smoother, quieter, no issues whatsoever.
We will absolutely come back to Island Wide for all of our future repairs!”
