The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Guest services was great as well. Overall we had an excellent experience and will definitely be looking to stay with them again in the future. If you're looking for a place to stay that is not a chain hotel while receiving excellent service, this is the place. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!Rooms: The cleanliness was amazing. 5020 Main St, Amherst“The price is good with a Hayat membership, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it is 30 minutes away from the waterfalls by car. Free parking and electric car charging are available, but! Breakfast is the worst I have ever had! Canned cheese and jam, paper plates, and artificial eggs that are not fresh. Breakfast is important! Hotels need to know this. Room cleaning was not good. Hair in the bathroom and bedding were not arranged well. There is no room service in the hotel ?”

“The staff are terrific, a big shout out to Troy for being so accommodating and kind. The rooms are clean, the hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood and close to the busy downtown. Again Troy thanks for saving the stranded couple!”

One of the most relaxing, comfortable hotels in Bflo!Rooms: Clean and comfortableSafety: No crime location.Food & drinks: LaNova's and Starbucks are right across the street.”
“This place is such a gem! The rooms, decor and food were fabulous. The service was totally unmatched!! Lucas, Danny, Ella, Tara and the whole team were absolutely wonderful. I can’t speak highly enough for how attentive and genuine everyone was. They made sure we were taken care of at all times and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could ever want and need. I HIGHLY recommend this experience. Get the waffle for breakfast, order the Griffin signature cocktail, spend extra time in the fabulous jacuzzi tub and take care of the Mansion team. They deserve it and much more. Thanks for an amazing time!!”

210 Franklin St, Buffalo“Weird little hotel. Interior decorating reminded us of The Great Gatsby (2013) in that it was glamorous but kinda instantly dated and strange out of context. It seems due for an update or at least a very thorough cleaning in some areas. The room itself was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets felt fresh and clean - and the shower was super luxurious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful - even staff we would just bump into in the elevator were quick to offer help. The hot springs were funny - just a big hot tub - but of course it’s lovely to get to sit in a hot tub on a cool day. The area around the tub in particular felt like it could use a thorough cleaning. We would probably just go for the Hilton if we come back to Buffalo but it was a fun experience to come here once, especially at a decent discount through Priceline.”

Nice breakfast buffet with omelettes and bacon as well as other offerings.Victor who checked me in was the best! Friendly and courteous even while handling a difficult guest. Not sure when he sleeps... because he was there in the morning as well. Great hotel experience! Will return when back in Buffalo.”

4630 Genesee St, Cheektowaga“Good spot if you need to crash for the night before or after a flight. Hotel smells like smoke but the room for the most part didnt. It was clean but keep in mind this is an affordable and basic hotel for people traveling. So don’t expect an extremely nice hotel with everything brand new. The staff was extremely kind! Breakfast was a good basic continental which is great considering how affordable the stay was. Also loved that it was .5 miles from the airport and they had a great shuttle included.Truly can’t beat the price for all that was included here!”

5444 Camp Rd, Hamburg“5 nights on the road. 4 of them we stayed in Hampton Inns including Hamburg, New York. We were not disappointed with any of their locations. Clean, fresh rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good locations, and quiet. Hot breakfasts with lots of choices and best of all, Good Coffee!Safety: Upon arrival we noticed the Inns were well lighted outside. Hallways and rooms all had good lighting with no burned out bulbs. Hallway Exit signs and room smoke detectors were present and working. The room doors were solid with good locks. We felt safe.”

4219 Genesee St, Buffalo“While stranded in Buffalo due to severe weather conditions, the hotel staff played a crucial role in easing our difficult situation caused by consecutive flight cancellations. They extended a generous offer, allowing us to prolong our stay at a remarkably reasonable nightly rate, well below the standard charge. The rooms were not only exceptionally spacious but also boasted modern amenities, enhancing our overall comfort during this unexpected and challenging period of uncertain and harsh weather.Throughout our extended stay in Buffalo, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. They consistently provided valuable updates on travel bans, ensuring we were well-informed amid the challenging circumstances. Beyond that, they went the extra mile to arrange for our meals and ensure our comfort, making a significant difference during a period of uncertainty and travel disruptions.”
“We were there for a school board conference nearby. The rooms were huge, and the decor was incredible. Maid service was very good. The shower in the bath was fair, as compared to other places we stayed in the past. The breakfasts were free and were fantastic. The omelet chefs were superb! All and all , we would come back to this hotel without question.”

“Hotel accommodations are a little outdated but clean. The hotel staff made up for outdated rooms!. The breakfast and morning chef are top-notch, and this alone is well worth the stay!”

500 Pearl St, Buffalo“Room was super spacious, front desk staff were wonderful and location was great. There was even a bowling alley and (popular) bar in the hotel. One unfortunate fact: the fish restaurant located at the ground floor of the building (separate from the hotel itself). The “fish market” stench engulfed the entire lobby and even seeped into the upstairs hallways through the elevator shaft.”

1738 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo“We attended a wedding here and it was very good. It's an amazing space. The food was good, but the service was slow. For a 5pm wedding, the last tables were being served at 7:50pm. At that point some of the entrees had been sitting for a bit. Though at 24 tables, it was a very large service.”
“The rooms are tired, but clean. The five star rating comes from the quality of the employees. Front desk staff were all courteous. Quinta, in the housekeeping department was kind and accommodating. Said (spelling?) who was the night manager was a gem. He helped me with a printing request and he gave me some excellent advice on how to deliver a eulogy. It is not the place, it is the people that make it special. In fact, I just booked another stay.”

8005 Sheridan Dr, Williamsville“Stayed here 2 times now. Room was nicer than the first time and front desk staff was Very friendly and helpful this time around. My only complaint was the first time I had a $100 hold on my CC and this time is was $250! I have never ever had a place hold this much. Most hold nothing. That is a lot of money to hold for the condition this hotel is in. Comfortable but needs a lot of maintenance. Ie wallpaper peeling, needs better housekeeping although this room was way cleaner than the last, half of the outlets do not work correctly. Could not even get my phone to charge in any outlet except one.”

5245 Camp Rd, Hamburg“Honestly, they saved our life. We were in the middle of the lake effect snow storm and had no where to go. Michelle at the front desk guided us and we were safe from the storm. The rooms are not great due to the cigarette burn holes on the blankets and the dirty beds. But we were more than great dup to have a room during the storm. They also kept plowing the snow repeatedly on the driveway which was very helpful. Thank you to the staff at Motel 6!!”

5370 Camp Rd, Hamburg“Acceptable place to stay. The beds are not queens they are full sized. Really tight for 2 adults. Does not sleep well because of the beds. If it was just 2 of us, we each would have taken a bed. They have no issues with dogs, but they have signs to pick up after your dog, but the poop stations have no bags. We travel with plenty, thank goodness.”

2040 Walden Ave, Buffalo“We stopped here on our way home to Syracuse when a big snow hit, shutting down the thruway. It was fine. Looks like it was at one time a luxurious hotel, but it has seen better days. If like to know the story behind it. The room was spacious and clean with a king size bed, fridge, sofa, everything we needed. The hotel was full of snow plow drivers who all seemed to know each other and a few travelers seeking refuge. The restaurant shut down early but some nice men gave us their leftover chicken tenders. The breakfast was really bad. But we were safe and warm. Friendly people. They were extremely understaffed; only 6 people for the whole place but that was because of the weather. They worked really hard and we pleasant. The room was cheap! $84”
“We had a very pleasant stay here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was clean, modern, and well laid out with all appropriate kitchen amenities. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had plenty of choices, including, muffins, eggs, yogurt, and fruit. Very family friendly. Highly recommend if in West Seneca vicinity.”
