“This place was just awesome. There is a fantastic restaurant essentially attached - the Jazzboline. The hotel is fantastic. Rooms are really nice and nice bathrooms/showers. Lots of good art as well throughout the hotel. Definitely would recommend!”

“I've been here before for dinner. This is my first stay here. Excellent rooms great services.
I had a little trouble booking my restaurant reservations but after talking to Jay he got us in at a perfect spot of 5:30 for my anniversary day.
I will totally recommend food, atmosphere and personal service
They will do what they can to accomplish your experience and accomodations”
“My wife and and I had a one night stay for a concert. Great check in and we had the same guy serve us night caps at the bar.learned a lot about the history of Buffalo and the area from him. A great choice for breakfast. Over all an enjoyable experience.”
“I come to Buffalo for live music quite often. This is now my go-to hotel for easy walking access to the downtown venues. There is easy parking, fridge for drinks, comfortable bedding, a great shower and a great breakfast. The staff is awesome – super friendly & helpful. This makes the shows in Buffalo a win , win fun time and no hesitation to come back.”

The staff are very Welcoming.
Very nice atmosphere, the VUE Rooftop Bar has an amazing view looking over the town and most Fridays they have a live band !!!
After getting an amazing message at the Harlow Spa dipping into the Hot Springs was an extra treat !
I just wish the Chez Ami restaurant had more of a bigger selection of food and desserts to choose from.
Other than that I really enjoyed my stay I will be back soon !!!”

“Very Nice property right opposite to Buffalo Airport. I could see this property right from the checkin counter at airport. Shuttle pickup was prompt. The best thing was I reached the property at 10.30 AM, me being a Gold member at Marriot they gave me early checkin and also upgraded me to suite which was a very good experience for me and my family. Room was spacious and very comfortable. They also offered complimentary snacks. Overall wonderful property.”

“We stayed at Home2 Suites a few days ago and there was a mixup initially with our reservation (accidentally booked a room for the following week). Thankfully Keely and Khristina were a great help in getting us a room quickly so we didn’t have to scramble and book a room at another hotel on a moments notice given it’s near Memorial Day and a lot of places were booked. The rooms were nice and we were able to get a suite with a full-size refrigerator and microwave (bonus!). I’d recommend staying here if traveling through Buffalo since it’s conveniently located near I-90 and a lot of shopping/food, etc.”

“I've stayed at the Hampton Inn Buffalo-Hamburg several times for work in Dunkirk/Fredonia. I always have a great stay and the staff is very gracious and helpful. I usually stay for 3-4 days, so I need a refrigerator to keep some fresh food. Upon checkin, I opened the fridge to find it was plugged in and turned on, but not functioning. Within 5-10 minutes of calling the front desk, a wonderful and friendly woman, Charlene arrived to investigate. Within minutes she had determined the fridge needed to be replaced. She already had the cart ready to take it, and returned shortly thereafter with a brand new refrigerator and installed it. She was so kind, courteous and most of all, she was quick to problem solve. I travel a lot for work and she really made it a point to make it feel like home. Thank you Charlene, and thank you Hampton Inn Buffalo-Hamburg. I'll definitely be back!”

“Old historic hotel in Buffalo, rooms were clean, small but it was really only a place to sleep. We had what we needed and are not picky. We loved the elevator. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. Plus free parking! Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and pubs in a very nice area of Buffalo. We really enjoyed our stay and the view from our 8th floor room of the skyline and Lake Erie was fantastic.
Would stay here again.”

The staff deserves special recognition. The workers were attentive, professional, and incredibly kind. Their presence made the event feel effortless and allowed everyone to focus on what mattered: remembering and celebrating a loved one.

“Hotel is in a very convenient location in the heart of downtown. The staff was very friendly. Special shot out to Will for great recommendations of where to walk around and mentioning going atop the view deck of City Hall. The room does not have a mini fridge, so no need to box your left overs from the many surrounding restaurants. The room was clean but the bathroom could have used a good scrub. The building has amazing Art Deco details, both in the room and lobby.”

“Good spot if you need to crash for the night before or after a flight. Hotel smells like smoke but the room for the most part didnt. It was clean but keep in mind this is an affordable and basic hotel for people traveling. So don’t expect an extremely nice hotel with everything brand new. The staff was extremely kind! Breakfast was a good basic continental which is great considering how affordable the stay was.Also loved that it was .5 miles from the airport and they had a great shuttle included.Truly can’t beat the price for all that was included here!”
“Cozy old school. Too bad they share there original entrance with the new gas stations extreme traffic backup. The city needs a traffic light there and the gas station needs to maintain the pavement!!!”

“We stayed here about 2 weeks ago from Canada 🇨🇦 We wanted an easy location to shopping & food but also.Darien Lake.. rooms are a bit outdated.. but..it was fine... the pool and the area its in is great. Feels tropical. Love the rooms that walk out to this area..we had an adjoining room- and the people beside us were awful..so loud. TV blasting all.night. So the sound proof between the walls/door wasnt great. But..not the hotels fault some people dont have enough courtesy for others. Hotel is in an excellent location. Tons of parking.”
“Love the staff in the housekeeping they have smoking in non-smoking rooms available. The pricing was very affordable. I enjoyed my three-day stay there. The location is very close to a movie theater and a plaza with a grocery store shopping centers and plenty of places to eat.Nearby activities: Nearby shopping centers, grocery stores, vape shops, movie theater, fast food restaurants as well as plenty more”
“This was very surprising a nice clean place. 5 star for sure. Check in was easy and lady was new owner she just bought a couple weeks ago! I rented a king single room and it’s very comfortable and clean. No bed bugs no stains in sheets ! No smell in hotel room. Bathroom is clean and good water pressure! Parking is right in front of your room . No stairs no elevators is a plus for myself. You won’t be disappointed if you book. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to reviews in past. I would had missed out on a good place.”

“We booked for one night. We had a queen room on the 6th floor. I thought the room was comfortable. It was clean, the kitchen area was nice. One of my favorite things was that the bathroom had an actual exhaust fan. So many hotel bathrooms don't and consequently are musty and full of mildew. The bed was very comfortable, both mattress and linens. I appreciated that at breakfast there were lots of fresh berries available.”
